Although the entire process started out in a bad manner, Linda the designer rescued the completion of the design process and quickly allowed us to get back on track in a timely manner. Her patience was appreciated, and her experiences assisted with the decision-making. Nikki in the office is great to assist with the scheduling and financing. Brendan is a top-notch, detail-oriented, methodical and excellent installer and finisher. He was informative and always kept us up to date on all aspects of the job. Rob was outstanding and provided parallel, same results, type of work to our project. Re-Bath should do everything possible to keep these team members as members of their team. Re-Bath's investment into these folks-Linda, Nikki, Rob and especially Brendan would provide the company and most importantly-the Customers-with an excellent return on the investment. We are very happy with the results, and we have already had house guests who have seen before and after.they thought the work was great!

2023 update: after our 2019 master bathroom renovation we used Re-Bath again thus summer for our children's bathrooms and our guest bathroom. Once again, we are extremely pleased with the results. Brendan again was the lead for the project, and again was highly reliable, did excellent work, and paid close attention to detail. Our home is more beautiful and more functional than it was before.

I had re-bath install/replace a new bathroom upstairs. I was very impressed with my installer-John. He knows what he is doing and does excellent work. We went from a super small shower to a five foot shower. BIG hit with everyone in my house. Color scheme is great and looks amazing. Good work helping me choose Dylan. And painting the ceiling the same color as the walls looks so good-kudos to John for that idea. We are all very happy with our new bathroom

Dylan is fantastic. He worked with me to help design my bathroom, kept me up to date on the process of everything, did not hesitate when I changed my mind on colors, and he even came back to do a walkthrough and final pictures.

Rob and Pat were extremely polite while working through the demolition phase of the project. Rob even took his time on the first day to explain to me what the layout was going to look like.

Finally, Brendan is Wonderful at putting all of the pieces together. He went above and beyond with his time and making sure I liked the installation results.

My bathroom turned out Beautiful due to these 4 men and I could not be happier!

They did great with helping to design what I wanted and then built it that way. Very Happy with it. With all the prep work being done with the design by Dylan and then the full pulling out of the old and putting in the new bathroom by Ben and Pat, they took great care installing and cleaning things up each day when they left. They kept me in the loop on every step and walked me through all the process. Once I get another coat of paint on the walls, I'll get to decorate the walls and really start too enjoy the great new addition.

Photos below there is one that was the before with the jetted tub, the others are the completed work except for getting stuff up and all ready to use. It was a good journey from start to finish.

When we finally decided it was time to update our 1950s bathroom the big question was who should we get to do it. After talking with other who used Re-bath and reading the online reviews we decided to go with them. One of the best decisions we could have made. Nicki was our first contact and was very pleasant and informative. She told us Linda would contact us to schedule an appointment to come to our house and discuss what we were wanting done. What a gem. She was so helpful in giving us input and advice and walking us through the process in our decision making. She is so personable you felt like you had a new “best friend. ” Ben and Patrick were the installers and Rob was there to help on the final day. All three were professional, punctual, left things clean at the end of each day, explained what they were doing as they went along and answered any questions we had for them. We are very happy with our “new” bathroom and highly recommend Re-bath and it’s staff.
