I passed both state and national exams on the first try, a great teacher who takes time to answer your questions in class as well as after class. They also have guest speakers that come in to class that explain other things that you need to know about being an agent.

Katie was absolutely extraordinary! She was incredibly impressive at reeling our group in, which was quite a feat. Her interactive teaching was critical for the success of my learning. I HIGHLY recommend her school for your Real Estate ventures and continued learning!

I took classes back in 2022 when Caleb taught them. Katie and Caleb created the class content to really help you pass the exam. There are a lot of real-world experiences that you might find and try to listen to, but a lot of it will not help you pass the exam. Treat this like any high school or college course where you know almost nothing. Memorize, ask questions, get help understanding and take the practice tests provided over and over until you "get it. " Then, after you pass the class, learn all you can from your Broker, pod casts, reading material, etc. This was at least my mindset going into it, especially after working in property management.

Overall, it was a pleasure getting to know Caleb and Katie. I do miss Caleb and continue to wish Katie the best. If you're thinking about getting your Real Estate license, I'd recommend this school!

I did this corse as a refresh and Katie was amazing. She has a way of making the class room interesting and fun.
