I am a new patient, and my experience so far has been great. They seem to excel in all areas of their practice.

I had a appt with into 2 days, Plan for new crown was well explained as well as cost. All were pleasant to be around. New crown was nstalled with great care. Very pleased

I am a 75 year old patient and recently moved to Kansas city. I was looking for a dentist here in town because lke many folks in my age group, my life has extended beyond the professional careers of my dentist, my other doctors, , my realtor and the other professionals who served me well.i wish them well and certainly will tell them all I have been fortunate to become acquainted with and served as well here by he physician in Kansas city as I was in metropolitan Saint LouiToday I I had a dental issue and called Dr. Carlson, DDS and his reception asked me if i could come in at 3 pm althoughI had a scheuled appointment in three days. I was treated, relieved, grateful, and back home 3 hours later. I appointment and will return in six months as I had for 50 years with my previous dentist. Had some lower tooth sensitivity. Dr. Carlson ran a quick x-ray which confirmed a root infection. Excellent work!

Dr. Carlson explained every detail that to take place kept reassuring me that I was doing great even though I hate pain

Had two extractions.the second one was unexpected but doctor was gentle and stopped if I needed a little l e break.

I chose this location just based on convenience and the fact that they were in network. I have been very impressed so far though. I had a weird insurance thing due to my plan changing around the time I first came in, and they worked with me and with insurance to ensure I wasn't going out of pocket more than my co-pay required me to. They have also been very easy to get a hold of, and very polite and professional in the way they communicate.

Do you need a great dentist who is a prolific professional and cares about his patients? Look no further! Dr. Carlson and his team are great!

I chose Red Bridge somewhat at random (they were close to my new workplace), but I love their service. Everyone is happy, kind and very caring and so far I have had excellent care and treatment. I would recommend them to anyone I like (don't want to send any grouchy, complaining types to them and bring all of their positivity down!)

I always have a pleasant experience at Red Bridge Family Dental Clinic. All the staff, including receptionists, dental assistants and doctors are extremely professional, personable and efficient. I have never had to wait longer than 5 to 10 minutes after checking in for my dental appointments. I especially like the location as it is only 5 minutes from my home. I actually showed up a day earlier than my appointment, which was my mix up, but they were able to fit me in because I was already there. They were still efficient on time & my visit was great!

I was greeted and signed in immediately. The dental assistant called me back almost immediately. Everything went well and a plan to resolve my problem was made. Dr. Carlson was professional and friendly as usual.

I had a crown made to repair a molar. Doctor and hygienist explained each step and answered all my questions. I’ve had crowns before and this was the best fitting one from the start.
