I live here and it's nice looking and decent kinda steep pricing which is going up again, and people live out here and yell at people's kids and cuss them out and don't try talking to the parent and refuse to leave their property.

Wonderful, safe and kind community to live in. From management to neighbors, everyone is helpful and supportive!

Nice clean comfortable place to live. If you need a clean affordable place to call home make sure you check them out.

Seems it has not been upgraded and facilities are not available. A step above Walmart since they had full hookups.

Quiet area, small private play ground. Most people are stuck up and nosey but nice small park

They knew they had RV's coming in they could have mowed the lawn, grass was ankle high, its only good for an over night stay. They
could have the full timer clean there site.

My mother in law recently moved here, our first visit was a rainy windy day so play was a little muddy. Park seems kept well for the most part, the parking area for campers could use better upkeep and a more solid surface.

Nice for a few nights, easy access, close to stores and gas. Kinda dirty but this was a fall windy day.

The new managers continue to raise the rates, however upkeep has gone down. It is not what it used to be.
