Originally a two star review. I dropped them to one after they filed a complaint to retaliate for an honest review.: P

Pros: Full HBO package, pool, on site vending for snacks and drinks, 24 hour front desk, microwave breakfast and powdered eggs, Ice cold ac. Pet friendly hotel, no pet fees.

Cons: There were earwigs and roaches in our room. The mattresses in our room had heavy damage on the side flipped down towards the box springs from being chewed on by large dogs. We kept sneezing from allergens of some kind, probably pet dander they failed to shampoo our of mattresses and pillows. One of the pillows was very worn out and flat. We did not use it. The sheets would not stay on the beds. The full time front desk lady that lives on site got after us about taking food to our room after we ate breakfast. She did not want us taking leftovers and told us so one morning before breakfast instead of saying good morning or anything. This place is not used to extended stay tourists. The eggs caused us recurring diarrhea throughout our stay and on one occasion the yogurt had gone bad. The toilet would rock back and forth when we used it. We kept having to get replacement keys at the front desk because the keys would often de-magnetize. The toilet became clogged during our stay. We bought our own plunger so we would not have to call management. There was a fight of some kind between a man and woman during our stay. Management had to ask the man to leave. Without fail, management or office staff would come out and swarm when we went to the pool. They are very aggressive about enforcing pool rules. A storm struck during the stay and somehow despite high wind we didn't lose power. The back window on the rear stairwell leaked and there was water damage over the 1st floor entry. Many of the rooms on the wind facing side of the building flooded due to intense wind driven rain into the ac units horizontally. Some guests had gallons of water flood their rooms. There was water damage on the ceiling in the first floor hallway and mold on some of the hallway ceiling tiles and drywall at the rear stairwell near the leak on the first story rear door access. A brick wall collapsed by the pool during the storm. A contractor was out the next day to replace the wall. They dumped the old cinder blocks by the dumpster and left them in a pile next to a grocery cart from Price Chopper. We were more than mildly irritated with the onsite lady who works the desk. She and the owner conversed about us once in a foreign language instead of resetting my keys immediately when I asked. That was frustrating. I was angry about the pettiness of staff at breakfast. The lady had glared at the kids for returning from the room to get syrup for waffles they brought back from breakfast. She thought we would not notice, but we did. When it was time to go, we left without stopping at the front desk and left our dresser drawers filled with laundry in our haste to leave. It was the most expensive place we had ever stayed. For a resort town, the service could've been much better. I would like to note that the hotel filed an official complaint with the third party booking service we used for this stay in order to try to get revenge on my family and I for our honest review. I took pictures and I have witnesses as to our experience. It was not a terrible stay but considering the price it left a lot to be desired. This is not the first time a hotel or business has tried to get even with me for an honest, unbiased review. I won't be swayed from telling the truth simply because you do not want to rectify conditions for your guests and provide a better experience. I leave the reviews I do to help other travelers avoid similar situations which they would find undesirable. If someone does not like the truth being out there, they should change the narrative by rectifying these situations in a way that provides a better guest experience. I am respectful, upstanding, and honest regardless of whether people like the truth or not. -Investigative Journalist

Great staff, super friendly. The building is very well taken care of. The rooms are spacious and the beds were super comfortable. We stayed for nearly a week and I'm glad I stayed here. Hot breakfast every morning. Mind you it was sausage, eggs with biscuits and gravy, but no less delicious. A perfect way to start the day. Their showers were awesome, it's like a round pod you get in and the water pressure was phenomenal.

Amazing job guys!

Thank you

Very nice and very clean hotel. Rooms were on the small side, but being super clean makes up for it! Close to 76 highway is a plus too! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and lots of different choices to choose from.

The room that was offered to us was musky and moldy front desk clerks. Let us look at 2 more rooms still full of mold.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of booking a stay at the Red Roof Inn in Branson, Missouri, and I must say it was far from a pleasant encounter. From the moment I entered the room, I was greeted with an overwhelming and unpleasant smell of stale air that lingered throughout. To make matters worse, I noticed visible signs of mold in the room, which was not only unsightly but also concerning for my health and well-being. It was disappointing to see such lack of maintenance and attention to cleanliness in a hospitality establishment. Given the unfavorable conditions, I promptly brought these issues to the attention of the hotel staff. They promptly processed a refund for my reservation, allowing me to make alternative arrangements and avoid staying in the room under such conditions. While the location of the Red Roof Inn is convenient, I cannot overlook the significant drawbacks I encountered during my brief visit. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and implements necessary improvements to ensure a more comfortable and hygienic environment for their guests in the future. Until then, I remain cautious about recommending this particular hotel based on my recent experience.

I don’t know where to start.

Cons:
-Rooms don’t look like pictures that’s are posted (i.e Fridge in rooms are smaller)

-Room overall could have been cleaner

-foul smell we had to go buy air freshener

-Room felt moist for some reason like damp the towels felt damp and overall the air felt muggy

-Queen beds feel like Fulls

-Room is small

-Outlet couldn’t hold a basic phone charger in without falling out

-No Tubs

-Water Pressure suck

-Pool is very small

-Breakfast area is small and nasty doesn’t look like picture

Pros:

-Price

-Located in the middle of everything

-Dogs are free

-Hotel has bags for dog poop

-booking was easy

Family and I won’t be back trued looking for another hotel immediately after checking in.

Its not in the middle of all the traffic, but two blocks off, which makes it a good location to me. The room was clean, friendly staff. We had a mixup on our check out date, but the staff corrected it and all worked out. We will stay here again.

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel, they were rude about my dog and told me that only 2 people can be in each room. When did they start doing that? I was just stayin one night with my parents. Told me I’d have to purchase my own room if I wanted to stay at the hotel. Don’t stay here there’s multiple other hotels in the area

Breakfast was fine, pool was clean, rooms were clean enough but small compared to most, bathroom was pretty small too. Bed was good. No laundry on site.dog friendly is always a plus, you know if they are kind enough not to charge you for dogs, you should probably be kind enough to clean up after your dog before they decide they need to hire someone to do it and fees start happening. That falls to the customers.

A budget friendly hotel that provided everything we needed for our extended stay. Clean, comfortable room and bed. Hot breakfast every morning. Allowed our 2 pups to stay at no additional charge. Great experience from check in to departure. Will be our go to hotel for our future trips to Branson.

Folks hands down the best stay Ive had in Branson in many years. Very clean hotel super welcoming staff. Friendliest front desk staff I've ever had at a hotel made sure that we felt at home from the minute we walked in to the minute we left. Big shout out to the housekeepers who are also the owners, they made sure that our room was taken care of every day. They take pride in their work and you can tell because it shows. Will definitely be back to the Red Roof Inn for are next vacation. Thanks again to the owners and the staff members for making are trip to Branson a memorable one.

Would not recommend this place to my friends. Light switches don't work. Shower heads leak all night. Asked staff to fix and they didn't. Lights burnt out in room. Not worth the money.

Was displaced and working between 2 locations Branson and Nixa. All was well under my fiancee's reservation and then I rented, my ID has a Branson address so they would not rent to us causing us to sleep in our car for 3 days with our 2 little dogs. We are now in our new apartment:). The Jamaican lady working the desk at night was super cool and helpful. The staff in the morning did rent to me 1 night but told me not again. All because of a local ID.

There is no pet deposit which is why we were able to afford staying here the only other one I could find was in Branson west motel 6 which I won't go to because they were super rude about everything.
I would rate lower but it is there policy, still sucked and made our safety vulnerable, but thank you Radisson parking lot
