This hotel is disgusting the location is bad and honestly the bosses has a bad attitude all the time and I honestly hope they get closed down

This by far was the nastiest hotel I’ve been in. After stepping in the room and seeing roaches scatter I had to get a refund. Run far away as possible

The room I paid for was a 2 bedroom room and the room hasn't been cleaned from the last people who were in this room. Everything's filthy, the fridge doesn't work. I asked for a different room and they wouldn't give me a different room. I asked them to clean the room and they told me no. They wouldn't even give me clean linens for the bed. They wouldn't give me a refund either. This hotel has been one of the worst experiences I have had with hotels. The guy at the desk was so rude. Please don't ever pay for a room here. You will be so upset and disappointed.

The cost is a little high to me if ur looking at cleanliness & service. If ur looking for something close 2 highway & privacy it's great. Only time u will have anybody bother u is at checkout time

Horrible hotel, please spend 20$ more for a night to get a decent hotel. Holes everywhere. Broken shower bed bugs and leaking ceiling. Even bringing these concerns up with management they declined my refund request. Don’t go here! You will only regret it. See pictures!

Families and those with mold allergies beware! When you rent a Red Roof Inn, you think it’s going to be ok. But this place is terrible for a few reason. 1) there were insects everywhere, gnats especially. 2) mold on the bed, in the bathroom and in the AC unit. 3) the television was damaged severely and it was hard to see the image 4) it smelled like cigarettes although it was a no smoking room. I don’t not recommend this for anyone unless you just need 4 walls and a roof and even then maybe one night sleep only. These are just my opinions.

This is an awful place. I would give 0 for everything but location. We got to the room and there was dirty sheets on both beds. We ask for clean linen and he gave us one sheet. We started to strip the bed and found bed bugs
We went to the office to get a refund and we told him that there was ned bugs and he said he wanted to see for himself. We had to wait for almost 20 min. We got to the room to for him to see and he argued that there were bed bugs even though they were pointed out to him. We went back to the office and then told us that he was not going to refund because it was over 10 min. Since we checked in. We told him we had to wait on him, and he continues to argue about having no bed bugs. So we left to drive another 5 hours home. I am contacting the health department and the fire station because there are no smoke dectors in the room which was brought to his attention as well and he said there wasn't one because it was a smoking room.
I am very upset because Red Roof inn is one of the few places that accepts pets. That is why we choose to come to this one and that it was right off the interstate.
I found that this guy was rude and jo customer service.

There lot of bugs and lot of roach. Tub look so dirty and can see black ring. That gross. Suggest u not to rent or sleep this motel. Manager is terrible. Treat us not we are homeless.

Probably the worst nasnt hotel I've ever stepped in. I walked in my room and there was filth everywhere. I instantly went to counter and demanded a refund. Do not come to this hotel until they learn how to clean it properly.

Guest checked in with out dated ID so they would not let him rent room that was already paid for. Also would not return money for the rent. Complete scam!

There is no issue that bulldozing this location wouldn't solve. Short of that, the effort would be futile. This was not my first choice - I was booked at the Bridgeton location and they cancelled my reservation made 3 weeks previously just a few hours before I was to arrive, supposedly due to a plumbing problem. They rebooked me at this location (at a higher rate) when I insisted that they fix the situation. Where to start? The room smelled of pot. The phone was just a shell - no receiver, cord, or buttons. The lampshades were stained and broken. There was a hole through the door to the bathroom which was thoughtfully plugged with toilet paper. There was exposed electrical wiring connections. Mildew abounded. Two soiled washcloths were left in the bathroom from a previous guest. The toilet was a disgrace. There was a hole in a bathroom wall. The bathtub was stained. There were only two sets of towels in the room, and as we were three people, we went to the front desk to get another, and no towels were available until the next morning. The closet rod was broken. The dresser was missing a drawer.

This formerly frequent Red Roof Inn guest and loyalty member will never book with Red Roof again. I'm done.

DO NOT STAY HERE BED BUGS! I had just gotten to the hotel and up to the room set my bags on the countertop. I always check the beds and I moved the pillows and there was an adult bedbug and I have a pictures proof. I did report this to the health department. The attendant was very helpful, refunded my money and took the bag that I put the bed bug in and threw it in the garbage can. I told her she may want to kill that and then it needs to be reported and she said she had no idea what a bedbug was or what she needed to do

Rooms need to be remodel and needs a new coat of paint and some doors need to be replaced.since you can have pets here some rooms have holes in the doors.

Quite possibly the worst stay in a hotel I've ever had. Parking lot was not well lit on the backside of the building. The room door was previously broken and is currently held together with duct tape and hope. The door scanner was half melted requiring several swipes to activate. The main lights did not work. The bedsheets had cigarette burns in them. The headboard was covered in handprints from doing the dirty if you know what I mean. The microwave didn't have the turntable. The walls were patched up from being busted up and not repainted. There was no toilet paper. The shower didn't drain. For the love of everything that is good and decent, do NOT stay here. I stayed at the Sleep Inn off 370 and had a mouse in my room and I'd rather do that again than stay here.
