Redwood was a nice place when I first moved in. We don't have a manager onsite anymore, takes awhile to get things fixed. Haven't been getting any air filters lately. Supervisor is very unprofessional. Employees don't need to lie on residents. Don't take complaints seriously at all. So frustrating!

Love our apartment. Everything is great about it except our land lady. Keeps threatening a lease violation because I have groceries I just bought sitting out and clothes on my couch I'm still in the process of washing/ putting away. I have 2 small kids and our apartment is always "filthy" because theres a few things out toys etc. Wow.

This is a really nice complex. My sister lives here and tells me that is maintained well.
