18DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! My friend bought her Jeep and you all really rung her through the mud. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! They will say anything to make a sale! They have really shorty business practices! Extremely sketchy.
This dealer will refuse to work with you on anything. It doesn't matter if it's the price of the vehicle, the allowance for trades, or essentially any other aspect of the deal. If you're looking for a negative experience all the way around, this is the place to go. Slow to respond, slow to acknowledge, and there's no way you're getting what you want for a decent price.
My husband and I worked with Lance Davies on ordering a new Ram 1500 Pickup. He did an awesome job of going above and beyond by covering everything that we were looking for and also getting us the best deal by working with the finance people. We were so pleased with Lance that we ended up ordering a new car and trading in our current car. They gave us an great price for our trade in that we couldn't pass up. So please go see Lance Davies if you are looking for a new or used car or truck.

Got a Jeep from them and was told taxes, licensing etc were taken care of. Signed contract, then was told contract was messed up needed to sign a new one. So we did. They never paid them and refused to when we called. Left a family of 5 with a financial hardship and could care less. Was not impressed with how disorganized they were. Will not be returning. Nor will I be referring anyone to this dealership.
Sales manager was great, texting back and forth for several days. Both salesman I worked with nice and knowledgeable. In the end I got the SUV and color i wanted, so I'm very happy with everyone to include the finance department!
They were very friendly and kept me up to date with what was going on with my car. I would highly recommend this dealership for repairs.
We highly recommend Reed and their service department for their professionalism and compassion for customers. We started having problems with our Jeep Grand Cherokee 1500 miles into our journey from Sandpoint, ID-Nashville. Ryan and his crew did everything they could to get us back on the road in a timely manner (even squeezing us in within a couple of days) even tho their schedule was booked up. They were excellent at communicating with us, and keeping us informed as to cost and amount of time it would take. They even had a shuttle to get us back to our campsite. They definitely earn our 5 star rating. Thank you Reed!
After having the worst first car experience at another dealership I came here and I had the absolute best experience! I wish I would have just came here first! Shelby and Brandon are the best ever! We went to Randy Reed today looking for a vehicle more capable of getting around on our county gravel roads in the winter. Gabe Bidding spent this freezing cold day with us comparing SUV's he showed us all the capabilities and helped us find the 1 to suit our needs. Then also filled it up with a full tank of gas showed how to work all the tech specs. Kept us out of the cold during the process. And Brandon was great too helping us get the discounts and rebates to make it more affordable. Thank you!

My Jeep Cherokee was due for its 30,000 mile checkup. The crew at Reed Jeep picked up the car at my office, did the very complete inspection and called me with their summary and with their recommendations. They quoted me a price to do the needed work-which actually was the price charged. And then they returned the automobile to my office with everything complete. I am impressed with this dealership, its service department, the friendliness of the folks on the telephone, and the overall professionalism of the business. Highly recommend.
Had service again in late September of 2022. Diagnosed problem quickly and repaired same day. Texts kept me updated on progress and recommendations. Provided transportation to work and picked me up later. Flawless from beginning to end.

I was unable to find a vehicle locally (in WI) that I wanted. I found one at this dealership and bought it sight unseen.
