6 We called & the lady that answered the phone was rude. I asked about the refund POLICY & SHE stated THERE IS NO REFUND POLICY NO MATTER HOW MUCH IN ADVANCE YOU CALL.
I was calling for my Best Friend & Husband because they are older & needed to cancel due to health issues. But this resort will not refund the $$ so they can purchase the medication that is needed. My FAMILY HAS DECIDED TO NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN. Ever since this resort has been under new OWNERSHIP they treat certain races DIFFERENTLY & All rules has changed for the worst.
This place is absolutely amazing you should check it out if you have a chance.
This is our first time staying here and we will be returning! The cabin we stayed in was fully furnished and had everything we would need for our stay including a grill. We really enjoyed taking the short walk to the bluff that overlooked Truman lake. The grounds were clean, quiet, and peaceful.
Our stay in the Eagle’s Nest was amazing! It accommodated two families with a total of 4 tweens perfectly. The kitchen was stocked with all the pans and utensils for our grilling needs and the grill was new. There was ice, summer sausage, bottled water, charcoal, etc for sell in the office which was extremely handy! It was very peaceful and truly relaxing (even with 4 tweens). A perfect spot close to the lake!
Great place for a family and quiet and peaceful. Close to the lake and great views all around. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thanks again, we will be back.
This is not the taj mahal, but it is adequate for camping beats the hell out of a tent and is very close to the lake, the staff is very accommodating. You have a kitchen so you can cook breakfast which i enjoy. There were adequate appliances and utensils. The cabins were quiet also plus was able to watch directv and had wifi! Did i mention very close to the lake.
