They saved me and got my APR. Down lowered my payment, along with delaying my payment till next year Cheryl was the Best Customer service representative that I've ever spoken to.
They refused to help me or provide any information because I walked in 30mins before they closed. Not sure why they even have a physical location, I was told they do all their applications by phone or online.
My rep Misty was awesome, courteous and professional. I love her spirit. She made me feel comfortable and easy to talk with her during the process. Very patient. She is a keeper for Regional Finance!
They are awesome. They even waited after hours for me to get to their office. There friendly and they explained everything I needed and wanted to know. Fat and efficient.
