Regional Primary Care reviews
7Never had one issue with the staff or Dr. Bauer. Can't begin to tell anyone how much he has helped me over the years. However, some need for phone system improvement and prompter answering is necessary.improvement with phone system and
Been going here for many years, now my daughter and granddaughter all see Dr. Bauer. We love him and his nurses are great too. Staff has always been very nice and helpful. We are very happy with Regional Primary.
I've been going here for years. Everyone is friendly and takes good care you. They have the blood lab and x-rays on sight. I have had to wait a couple times but they get you in pretty quick most days.
Doctor was fine. My problem, like so many others have said, was with office staff. When my son was born he was incredibly jaundiced and they wanted a blood test every morning we had to get at the hospital. The hospital had to have orders for the test from the doctor but every time we called it was an incredibly long wait for someone to answer. And the hold line even says, "if you've been waiting on hold for longer than 15 minutes hang up and try again later". This is ridiculous. The hospital even had no other number to call to bypass.
When they do answer they act as if you're inconveniencing them, so I switched doctors.
Again, my doctor was fine, but not good enough to make me want to deal with the staff.
I changed providers because of the office staff and H. I. M.at this facility. The staff is rude and condescending 100% of the time. The health information manager Christy will not return phone calls. Avoid Avoid Avoid. There are great health care providers at other St. Francis offices in town. If you go there and think it's great, I challenge you to try somewhere else. You'll find you've never really know what great staff, because you surely aren't getting it here.
Awful! I missed an appointment several years ago, and have been notified today after calling for an appointment that no one there will see me. Awful.
I had a follow up with Amy Calice. I had been going through a series of situations to get help for my diagnosis for over 2 years and nothing was really getting me better and I was being referred to other facilities after the first year but kept getting very bad responses and results. So I had to return to my general practitioner of 35 years to start over and on this follow up I filled Amy in on everything. She sat with me face to face. Gave me her complete attention. Not once making me feel anxious as if she had somewhere else to be. It was unbelievable and amazing and gave me hope. I’ve never been treated like this before. Thank you for making me feel heard and not invisible. You were my blessing today.
