I will not be visiting this branch again, However the customer service was not that bad but the financial relationship consultant put someone else’s private paperwork in my folder! Their account number, social and everything was accessible too me which is not co at all! Thank God I’m a honest human being I immediately brought it too work and shredded it, this should not happen under any circumstances at all! He should have been more cautious of what he was doing and double check the paperwork slow down! Stop being in a hurry and treat peoples belongings like you want yours treated!

Slowest experience at a bank in my life. Avoid at all costs unless you're making a withdrawal from the ATM. You'll be here an hour just to make a deposit.

I had a bad experience with the same gray haired lady that a previous customer spoke about she was very condenseding and nasty I spoke with the manager about her and also decided to take my bussiness elsewhere we all have issues in life you don't know what someone's going thru to work in customer service at a bank and to be nasty dealing with the public you should find another line of business

Don't waste your time with this branch, they say their lobby is open. Yet you have to make an appointment, but they refuse to answer the phone.

The customer service is horrible. The worker Desrae T.is unprofessional with horrible customer service skills. I over heard her worker with an older person and not only was she rude and impatient, she sighed while he was asking questions!

Gray haired teller is very rude and in cooperative. Working with the public all day you would think she would have better people skills. Manager leta harkey fixed the problem, thank goodness you hired good managers.

Convenient location, but the customer service and management needs to improve immediately. The only person left in there that saves them is the teller Roxanne. I was about to close my accounts due to a drive up lady teller and the manager, but with Roxanne's professionalism, made me change my mind. I've been banking with Regions for a few years now and never had a problems until today. If corporate sees this and other reviews about this branch, PLEASE take the time to look into these complaints. Thanks again Roxanne!

Every time I deal with this bank there is a problem. The employees have an arrogance and poor customer service. You can't conduct business because of the problematic behavior of the personell. Sick

This branch is convenient as it is the closest to me, however they should really take a look at who they hire to represent them. I had the not so pleasant pleasure to be greeted by a rep by the name of Kristen B. I told her what I arrived for and with whom my appointment was with. I was told immediately in a poor demeanor that there was no one by that name there. While mistakes happen and I thought I may have had the name incorrect I asked repeatedly if she wouldn’t mind checking to see if I had an appointment, to which she pushed back saying there is no one here by that name. Not once did she offer to check about an appointment period. After the back and forth, I was finally told by the manager who partly attempted to de-escalate the situation, if I had a seat their Notary might be able to see me.

While I waited, Kristen decided to take it upon herself to ask the Notary if she was almost done with what she was working on because “the girl out there has an attitude and we want to get her seen and out as soon as possible. ” She then came back to the lobby smiled and changed her tone to a sweet one and told me the notary would be with me in a moment. I brought to her attention that if she’d like to talk about guest she may not want to do it within their ear shot as it reflects poorly on herself and the company she represents. She denied saying anything of the sort which was clearly audible (had I been recording you could hear it clear as day), and when I informed her it was alright I’ll go to a branch with friendlier service and that I’d be filing a complaint she adjusted her tone and replied, “that’s fine I am filing one against you! ” While I understand things are all scrambled these days due to the new normal and uncertain times, when you are hired to do a job you do it. Leave your bad days at home and if one happens due to being overwhelmed, maybe wait until the guest leaves before you voice your opinions about them to another employee.

I gave this location 2 stars only due to its connivence in my area and the fact that Nick (the manager) attempted to hear my concerns but still sided with his employees poor demeanor. Get some new training classes for your associates, teach them how to speak with people who CHOOSE to do business with you, and learn human decency and respect within a community YOU choose to work in. I do not recommend anyone visit this branch if you are looking for decent and respectable service. Make the trip to a Regions location that actually wants your business and is there to do what they were hired and trained to assist you with.
