7The slowest place ever.bring food! The appointment was 8 am I checked in at 6 am and got in the door at 7 am is now 11 am.
Extremely slow unloading! Rude workers need to improve their attitude!
Capstone is a joke as far as lumpers go. $10 convenience fee? There is nothing convenient about them.
I had a great experience, lady on the phone was nice, nobody seemed to have an attitude which was a nice change compared to others. Best of all I was in and out unloading a full trailer in less than an hour.
Pretty fast unloads and get u right to a door my second time here and it’s been good experience, if u need a lil more time to complete a break u can park on the street
Had an appointment at 9am, arrived at 8: 25 and gave me a door right away, 9: 00 and I'm already unloaded!
They said I have no appt. My company said it was set so someone is lying.takes for ever to get a door
