I needed a full electrical panel replacement, plus an Alumiconn connector upgrade in my entire place for insurance purposes.

Reinhold was one of the only companies who even called me back. It was easy to schedule a service call with them. Communication through the appointment was easy and clear.

The two crews who came were polite and professional and worked quickly. Prices were fair, and I was charged exactly what I was quoted.

While others didn't answer, said they would call and didn't, or agreed to do the work and then cancelled, working with Reinhold was smooth and easy the whole way - so I could go about my life without hassle.

As a local business owner, I will work with them again, and I will refer them.

I had an issue with my microwave which stopped working. Bought a new one and then that one stopped working. Instead of buying a third microwave I called Reinhold electric. They came right out, called right before they came and found the problem immediately. It was a faulty receptacle with incorrect wiring, obviously not done by a professional. Matt Souders did a wonderful job replacing the receptacle and wiring all the while explaining and showing me the problem. I highly recommend Reinhold Electric and Matt Souders.

Worked on our subdivision monument and lights. Did a great job at a fair price. On time and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend them and will continue to use them. Happy Holidays.

Their technician, Ryan, arrived promptly at the exact scheduled appointment time. He carefully and patiently explained to me all the work he would be doing, and the timeframe about how long it would take. He was ever so kind and pleasant.

Ryan was also very conscientious and respectful about adhering to my concerns regarding making sure he always closed the outside door on this very cold day, since he needed to make several trips inside the house where I keep my tropical plants.

He worked diligently and proficiently, completing the work at the time he initially stated. Ryan is a tremendous asset to Reinhold Electric.

87k bid to wire a 2,000 sq ft new build in Des Peres. What a joke. Other bids were less than $35k

The electrical work is perfect.my rating is because this project was extremely poorly project managed. I was passed off to 2 different PMs both of which failed to communicate ANYTHING. We received a bid/quote from Kevin Bowe on 4/12 and accepted it. For months, there was no communication until I called in August for an update. At which time I was given a new PM, Rob. Another month passed and I txt Rob for an update again. And finally on 9/19, I asked Rob to find out from Ameren how much their work would cost but never heard back so called Ameren myself. A couple of weeks later, I was notified the project would be completed on 10/4 (April until October - 7 months!) so I asked when the electricians and Ameren would arrive so I could work around my work schedule and was told 7: 30 - 8: 30.low and behold, Reinhold electricians showed up at 6: 30. A complete communication break down around this entire project was experienced. Fortunately, the craftsmen ship is fine but I will not recommend Reinhold again.

Twice in one day your trucks had the fast lane completely blocked in two spots. Then I got laughed at for high beaming them to get out of the way. Teach them how to drive.

Was so pleased with Reinhold! They were quick, easy to work with, and when I got my itemized invoice, it was $600 less than my original quote. As a recent widow, I APPRECIATED the honesty and professionalism! 10/10 would recommend!

They did a good job and were very friendly. The only thing i fault them for was not picking up their messes as they worked. We have a small dog and he grabbed and chewed some plastic. I am glad he ignored the tiny metal leftovers.

They rewired my whole dock, very professional & did an amazing job. Definitely would recommend them.

Top notch people. Top notch work. Had them install a ceiling fan with all new wiring today. They were in and out in no time. Hardly knew they were even here besides the amazing new work they did. And they were half the price of others!
