Down @ lake of ozarks for a bass tournament, trolling motor cable broke. Not only did they have the parts, the guy who works on mine kota trolling motors was on a hunting trip out of state and walked me through the installation! Unbelievable customer service nobody else would ever do that for a random customer

Left a message to call me back at his convenience. It was a Sunday so I didn't expect a call back. However, a gentleman called me back within 15 min. Was short, annoyed, interrupted me, and ended with "I don't know what's wrong with it. " Then proceeded with short "byes" and hung up. Never offered to put me on a schedule to bring it in or anything further. Is this the same person everyone claims on here to love? Nah, I'm good. Must have all the business he wants.

Ultrex was eating batteries up Jeff rebuilt it in 3 hours. Left it with him at 10am and picked it up at 1 pm. Great service and reasonable prices

Work was completed on the spot and the price was absolutely fair. Highly recommend!
