If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Super relaxing, clean, professional environment, and the staff are amazzzziiinnnngggggg. Love them. I’m so happy I was referred to them through a Derm. This place is the BEST, and I always recommend it to anyone thinking about having a tattoo removed.

Everything about Removery Chesterfield is a great experience. The waiting room and treatment rooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly and so personable. Gina is awesome and so informative!

Gina is the absolute best! I’m in the long process of removing a back tattoo, and she’s been so wonderful the entire time. My appointments are quick and she does her best to minimize the pain as much as possible. I’m seeing excellent results so far and am so glad I get to work with her at this location!

I visited this place for consultation and believe me they won my heart with their friendly welcoming spirit, I was convinced enough and had my first laser? Removal session the very day. The staff is wonderful and Gina does a great job making you feel welcomed and comfortable. Even though they have a new location at Kirkwood, I still prefer to stick with the technicians at the Chesterfield location. Thanks again Gina for being so friendly and nice!

My experience has been amazing. I’m extremely happy making the decision to get rid of my mistakes I made in my young adult life. The Removery staff has been nothing short of amazing with their professionalism and knowledge. They’ve even help manage some of the discomfort by putting the machine at a slower hertz level, that is just effective yet easier to manage the discomfort level of the largest tattoo I’m removing on my back. The other two on my shoulder and wrist have been a breeze after my first initial session.

I cant say enough great things about Removery. My experience has been incredible and my results are even better! They make the whole process easy. By nature it’s not exactly a painless experience but the comfort and friendly interaction they offer makes such a difference. Gina not only has a ton of knowledge about what she’s doing, she clearly has a passion & excitement for it. I’ll always recommend Removery!

Gina is very good at what she does! She takes the time to make sure everything is safe and ready before the laser removal and is very communicative to make sure you are having a good experience. Very approachable and knowledgeable with the best energy!

Gina and Kelly at Removery Chesterfield are top notch! I visited for microbladed eyebrow removal after saline removal failed. Gina is experienced, confident, knowledgeable and does a fantastic job of educating the client on all aspects of removal, safety, and expectations. I highly recommend seeing Gina to obtain successful removal of any botched or undesired microblading!

Just started my tattoo removal journey and I could not be happier with my decision to use Removery.

Had my consultation with Zara and she walked me through the process and helped me decide on the package thats best for me. I was nervous about everything but after the consultation I felt a lot better and decided to move forward.

Zahra and Gina were so amazing and helpful! Zahra explained d everything throughly to me and helped me find my perfect package! Gina was very considerate, supportive, and informative during my first procedure!

Removery does a great job all around. Their scheduling system is flexible and very responsive. Their protocols adjust based on the latest medical data and information. Gina is extremely knowledgeable and makes the experience as tolerable as it possibly can be (considering how much it hurts).

I have been having treatments done with this company and technicians for over a year now. The ladies working there are awesome and very personable, it's a great place and very professional. I just wanna say ladies you're great, the company is great and would recommend Removery to anyone looking to have ink removed.

Been going for a long time to get my tattoo removed. It's a long process but everyone at Removery are friendly. They take the time to explain the procedure. Removing a tattoo does hurt but it is worth it

My experience here has always been so great! All of the staff are so friendly and make me actually look forward to going to my appointments. I never have to wait long and am always done super fast which is really nice too. Highly recommend!

Gina is always a pleasure. She talks me through my treatment. She informs me on what to expect. She even went above and beyond to help reschedule my appointment. Overall extremely satisfied with the customer experience. Would definitely recommend.

Edit: They raised their prices dramatically on my 'pay as you go' plan so I needed to find another place. It's a shame as I really enjoyed the folks that worked there as well as their tech and progress we had made.

I’ve been coming here for about a year now to have 4 removals done. I’m so happy and pleased with my results. The staff is kind and always so patient with me during the procedure. The office is always clean and they sanitize after each client.

Elle Davis is fantastic. I have 3 tats being removed and it takes over an hour for each session. Elle takes her time and ask how i'm feeling threw out the session. Getting a tat removed does sting a bit but with her experience it seems to be more tolerable
