They sent a guy to my house that said I had to replace the springs. I replaced both of them and the next day my garage was all messed up. I had to call someone else because they didn’t have anyone available and the other guy said that I needed a whole new motor and everything because the Renner guy put in the wrong size spring. So I spent $350 for nothing and the next day over $`1k to put everything new. I talked to the manager who said they would at least give me some of the money back but never heard from them again. I gave 2 stars because Veronica who I talked to on the phone was great and the guy did show up here on the same day, but don’t recommend
