Rent-A-Center, Farmington MO

Bob at the front desk was rude & unprofessional to my friend who I referred to this store! Refused to take her payment after her being 19 days late (when she’s been in contact with them), threatened to call the law saying she was withholding furniture that was not hers when she asked to speak with the store manager Timothy, who bob claims is on vacation until Monday. WILL NOT be doing any more business with this location!

I had a GREAT experience with the Rent-a-Center in Farmington, MO. The gentleman there were always kind and friendly and always helpful with any questions I had!

It is what it is. It's a place to rent to own items that you need when you have no other option. That being said, I say that in consideration of most rental places. They have some quality items but when financing through places like this, always expect to pay 1.8+/- times the retail price, more if you don't use their same as cash option within 6 months. That being said, this location in particular is where I've went and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Just don't think that because it's your hometown store just means it's gonna be much different than it would be in the city.

Some of the workers at this place are rude as hell. The manager is a good person
