I have been with rentone since 2009 and have been treated very well. The staff at the West Plains store are top notch. The manager Donny is one of the beat managers I have dealt with. Would not take my business any
place else! They are always there to find whatever I need or am looking for. They are
very nice and treat me like family. Best store
and staff.

Mike was amazing to work with! We went in for a washer and dryer and we’re loaded and gone within a few short minutes. Great customer service!

Is really a good place to rent stuff from. If they don't have it in stock they go out of their way to get you what you want. Everytime I come in to make a payment Michael and the crew is always there with a smile. Friendly place and always try to help us out!

Hey help me get an AC unit for the month I only had to come $10 I was just going to them because they will help you better than any other rental place

They were very courteous helpful and I was able to do and find exactly what I was looking for after searching several other places they're friendly willing to help in whatever manner you need it's very pleasing and a satisfying when they'll go that extra step help you with what it is you're wanting check them out you'll be very pleased

Great place to go and get items just got my 3rd item, great people and Dalton did a great job bringing my new couch to me last week.will go through them and get me a new washer and dryer soon

Fast and friendly service. Delivery was awesome as well. The delivery guys were very friendly and delivered my dryer and freezer without braking anything. I have had issues with other companies delivering in the past that were not nearly as knowledgeable about what they were doing. Not only would I shop here again, but I will defiantly take advantage of their delivery service for sure.

I was sold a coffee table that was priced 20% off at the cost of 310 which at 20% off would be 240! Also when I purchased it I paid 100 down towards the principal however when I went to pay it off not even 30 days later I was told I owe over 350 bucks with a total balance of over 600! I was mind blown and disgusted. They had let go of the employee that did this and ensured me they would give my money back! Which I paid 150 that day.they came to pick up this “coffee table” and brought me my cash which was only 78 bucks! It’s a joke and a disgrace. The only reason I went there is because of certain people employed and they happen to be off that day the day I got screwed! I bought a way better pc of furniture locally here for over less than half the price of this store! Get your employees together Rent One! Never happening again!

I waited 2 months for my dryer to come back from repair.i dont blame rent one for that considering the repair company was not doing their job.what i do find unplesent was i was supposed to get my dryer back today and was put down for morning with no time frame while my sister was awake and waiting for them and they apparently never showed.the second time i was put on the schedule for afternoon the same day.waited all day and still nothing. I changed my star rating from 4 to 3 cuz since rent one has changed, this is the first time since we started going to rent one, that ive had problems.i do however understand busy schedules and new managment.i hope things straiten out soon for the benefit of the company and its customers.

Donnie the regional manager has been disrespectful to a employee at the west plains store I saw this in person while in the store also the new store manager Carrie watched it happen Mike is a great employee has very great customer service now that he got fired over something he didn't do I will never shop your store again and tell all my friends to go somewhere else larry you lost a great salemen

I rent several items here for my home and I always get the best customer service from the employees and manager. If I end up with an item that isn't quite suitable for my home or I just don't like what I got, they always make sure I get exactly what I like. Great place to go and rent to own. Had issue with female manager no customer service training but male that works the counter and phone called today and respectfully fixed the issue we are back on track and I love my washer and dryer thanks mike

Great pride in there work with great people to talk to and all of it at great prices. They have helped me throught the last 3 years getting my home set up right. Love this place.
