It would be more stars but it's been almost a week and still haven't got my bed have paid for it Monday said it would be a week to deliver

Customer service at rent one is remarkable the delivery people were remarkable also they were on time nice did a great job and even explained how to work the devices I didn’t even have to ask

Awesome customer service, super nice workers, they set up my couch in my living room right where I wanted it and acted like they really cared about getting it all just right

I bought a washer and dryer from them. Now I'm buying a couch and portable dish washer. They are very friendly and help where possible.

I ended up getting a TV from rent one and had a few issues in the beginning but everything was resolved asap! Gabe and Chris delivered in a very professional manner! They also offered to set up TV for me! Really made things easy! Thank you!

They put a password on my computer and never gave me the password after I paid the computer off. This is super Unprofessional. I would never treat a customer like that yet they feel like this is ok.

Love Christie the store manager. I knew I was 2 weeks behind on my payment and most store manager would just come and get it. No not her. I didn't have much money but she still managed to get us to keep our stuff. Very nice place to go and the people there are friendly.

I was in a terrible spot fridge had went out during nite and was fixing to lose all my perishables called Christie who was so courteous as I am disabled we went over everything over the phone within hour Gab and Chris were at my door. They were also great extremely helpful in sitting it up. I was amazed n greatly thankful for such a wonderful team. They truly saved my day!
