Great service the people in the office and the sales floor was great very professional very pleased. The delivery drives not so much didn’t have any tools with them didn’t even try to help out in anyway and didn’t communicate at all very disappointed in the delivery. I took my front door to start let them move my refrigerator in just to find out that one of them left with the truck and didn’t even bother to tell me this. I ended up doing everything besides moving the fridge in and unloading it off the truck maybe it was just an off day but very dissatisfied with this

A friend used me as a reference. The store never called me for the initial reference checks but did started calling all the references about a payment that wasn't due for another few days. I did not give the store permission to call and leave messages with me. Whenever I tried to call the store and get the situation fixed, the girl put me on hold and never picked back up.

I don't like this company. They tried to sell me a cassette player three years ago for $300. But if you like this company by all means support them.

They have worked with me when I have been low on money they understand there clients and when I whated to give up on my washer and dryer and send it back they help so much. Employees are so nice and very helpful. Thank you rent one for not giving up on me.

Rent one in Poplar Mo r great people to deal with. They appreciate their customers. Delivery men r great. They show they care how they handle ur furniture.

They don't make it very easy to get started, the female there is on the rude side. The promotions they have going on never seem to be true or for items interested in (no matter what item it is). Manager seems to really want new customers and wants to help in any way possible so that's who I'd suggest speaking with.

Always able to find what I was needing and fix any issue. Understands situations happen and will work with you. Quick update the master mind behind excellent customer service and always takes extra steps to ensure you're taken care of is that little quite one Skylar.absolutely a wonderful and nice person.
