Staff is the bomb. Quality of the cars are great as well. Shelley, very pleasant in person & on the phone.

My nephew got a car and a week later caught covid and was down for several weeks. I tried to work a reasonable deal with them but they said pay all that is due. That's horrible that they won't with a new customer that just got over covid. To keep him as a client. It's makes the Customer feel uncomfortable about dealing with them in the future.

Amazing! Michael and Shelly answered all my questions with a smile and made sure I knew understood everything before driving away! The application process was simple and fast. I highly recommend this place and wish I would have come sooner.

I mean I really don't know if it's because I'm a black single woman that that I was given a car that they possibly knew that the engine light was on they won't help me get into another rental car while the shop has my car trying to figure out what's going on because the engine light will not go off I would advise no one of color go to rent to own any rent to own centers in Missouri.

I was pleasantly surprised dealing with Rent to Own Auto center. I did NOT expect for them to be so easy to work with but they also seemed to genuinely care and were very helpful. Bret was very knowledgeable about the car and answered my 100 questions with no problems. I would recommend them and I will be back.

I went in bad credit in they helped great attitudes friendly staff and funny lol very serious when needed all in all great place great cars and insurance help 100 percent i would def say stopped by if u have good income in willing to pay

So needless to say because of a bad 2 years, I cant afford to go to a new car lot (down payment wise) so thought I would try this place. I have been on my job for 15 years, definately make the money for a payment. But because
part of my employment requires me to stay on property due to I am the General Manager (I have a 2 bedroom full apt) they will not finance me. I can understand if I was just someone who lives from hotel to hotel but it is not that scenario. Never will I recommend them to anyone.

Never did Business with them kinda high on the down payments. Probably will never do business. The gentleman that answered the phone acted like it was a big deal to answer questions about what requirements it took to get into one of their cars.

This was the best car buying experience I've EVER had, so quick and easy. Plus no pushy salesmen, I've been a customer for over a year now.never any issues! I love this place! Tell them I sent you!

Super nice and friendly staff. Very straight to the point throughout the whole interaction. They helped me get into a car quick and easy. I Left the lot not having to worry about anything other than my biweekly payments + full coverage insurance. And if your like me under 25, your insurance is probably higher Hyperion Redwood tree, but they worked with me. They didn’t break my pockets or try to dupe me and I will definitely be staying with them a while.
