Erica is everything! I simply called her explained my situation and she worked with my craziness to get me in something quick and reliable. If you are in a bind this is a great way to go. Erica specifically though is so nice to work with, not pushy at all, and extremely understanding. She’s the most humble car salesman I have ever dealt with. Absolutely recommend her to ANYONE! I liked the finance lady too she understood I was in a hurry but still did her job thoroughly and professionally while taking no offense of my need to get out of there quickly. I am a mom of four so this place saved me after someone totaled my car I needed something last minute so I sincerely appreciate y’all! Also titling and registration, oil changes up
To certain mileage and basic issues dealing with transmission and engine are included. So they will not put you in something that breaks down the next week.

Need to be report to BBB call had vehicle id number for insurance. We get there it's been sold, wanted us to pay more of a down payment on a vehicle we did not want. I would advise not to go there at all

Since I had my car in may it’s been giving me problems since. I called for over three weeks to get my car looked at. When it finally got looked at they said it’s an hub assembly issue and wheel barring issue. I got my car in may and I’ve been paying 830 a month. For them to tell me they won’t get my hub assembly and the whole new wheel bearing and brakes. My wire is coming out my tire now

Henry is amazing! I was in & out and when I did have a problem with my car he worked very quickly to fix it.

I went in knowing what I needed. Chris was very helpful and didn’t sugarcoat any hidden fees. Explained everything so I had no surprises and was so helpful. I was done within a couple hours and am satisfied with the car I have.

Chris was top notch.steered me away from a car was gonna bury me in insurance payments. I have a driver under 25 in my home.they can be a bit costly to insure.
I was reading the 1 star reviews.
Besides the missing the residents distance limits. RTAC it is kinda buried in the website guys. It's just a bunch of entitled cry babies.
I already knew this was an month to month lease going in. It's a terrible option if you have a few bands in your pocket or can get financing.
Chris was still very clear on everything.what would be expected of me and what I could expect from them. He explained what's covered under the warranty. I already knew but asked anyway. It's just the mechanical parts that make the car go. I. E.the actual pricey repairs.
He explained the 5 day grace period.he told me if you might end up going past.call. They can PROBABLY.my emphasis not his.work something out. That's not a guarantee.thats a we'll try.
I could keep going. I was there more then an hour after close. And never felt rushed or pressured. There's no wheeling and dealing, half truths or shadyness. Can't be.its prepared lease contract.
If you have a better option. Take it.
This is what it is. Rent a Center for cars. You are going to pay 4 or 5 times the cash value.
That being said. I'm done with my speal.
