Have never had a problem with them until recently. The guy who picks up my trash leaves my can in the middle of my driveway. Not where he got it from. Meaning he has to take time and back up and drop it in the drive like a dushnozzle. If it keeps on I'm switching to smith's. And ill toss republics can in the woods.

I wish I could give less stars. There was no Lebanon option but if you are in the Lebanon area don't use them because A worker just terrorized me on my yard and I genuinely thought they were going to break in. All because I forgot to take my dumpster up on the road.

Paid for 3 months, trash picked up once. This is the worst trash service in the area. Contacted corporate office but still no change. Don’t pay this company any money you’d be better off driving your trash to the dump.

This company is inept in every aspect of the services they attempt to provide. I would highly recommend using any other business in the Lebanon area for trash service. Poor customer service, poor communication, increase rates without notice, changes pick up day with no notice. I am stuck in a contract with them because of the sales representative flat lying to me, when I attempted to argue I was greeted with a call from their lawyer. This business knows they screw people, and has trained employees in how to continue to screw thee customer.

I started new service and was told that my can would be delivered in a few days. The days passed and no can delivery. When I was transferred to the second person I decided to cancel and was extremely uncomfortable because the lady on the phone had someone snoring in the background and was also obviously sick due to how she sounded. I called to see what the issue was and was told that the local service was behind so my service was pushed back by at least a week. I was never notified of this in any way. Sad because I have family that has worked for republic for years and they are great to their employees however, customer satisfaction and professional communication are very lacking.

Probably the worst business I've ever dealt with. Inconsistent on pick ups, went multiple weeks without picking up trash with no holiday or inclement weather. Worst of all this company had the audacity to say my wife didn't pay our bill even when she presented them with a confirmation number, not just bad business but underhanded. We will do our best to save anyone and everyone from this horrible company.

They keep raising the price every three months and make it very complicated to pay on the phone they just hung up on me, not many services in the area so not much of a choice but to use them. Poor rating as of now until they lower their price or do something to make me wanna stay as a customer *edit* cancelled service only got worse

Our trash was not picked up today. It is not a holiday. There was no reason left for us to why our trash was not picked up. This is the 2nd time this has happened in the past 2 months. I tried calling throughout the day and no one answers. Now they are closed. Very frustrating.

I have been a customer for 5 years until today. I have been witness to rates being jacked up from 36 dollars to 75 dollars. I discontinued services due to their lack of concern to follow up with their customers damage claims. Almost a month ago a trash truck shattered my window. I called and called and called with no response from this company. Finally received message that it's not their problem their truck drove past me at a rate of speed that shattered my window. 389 dollars to replace and the trash service does not feel liable for cost. This company only cares about making a buck and not taking care of their customers concerns. One month of no response and only after contact BBB review were they able to reach out.

Started charging an additional $50 each quarter because gas prices rose a bit. That's outrageous. I live in a residential neighborhood with plenty of other customers around. ZERO possibility that the extra gas adds up that much. Will be switching due to their greed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Had service with them for a while. They jacked the prices up all the time. Finally got tired of it and cancelled. I had already paid for 3 months and cancelled about 2 weeks into that. I received no reimbursement. Received a bill after that for $15 and then 3 months later received a bill for $55 for trashcan removal.

Noticed that an increase of cost was made two times without notification. I guess they hope you do not notice the increase because you have auto payments. This caused me to do price checks with two other companies and found that the rates would be about $40 less per quarter. Decided change companies. When I turned in my trash container and asked to cancel the service, they told me that I would have to call and cancel. When I called, they tried to reduce the price so I would keep the service. What a poor excuse for customer service! Very poor business practice!

I had been customer for years but canceled my service when bill dramatically increased back in June. Credited amount due reduced internally & was not communicated to me and I still have not received my money. It's been 4 months! 4-6 weeks to process electronically? Was told last week credits were mailed out, yep invoice showing credit. Poor communication, inconsistent procedures. Draft payments quickly but sure don't credit timely. I don't understand why you're charged environmental fees on credit. Services not performed!

Worse trash place around. Hard to pay a place that charges for 4 pick ups a month yet they hardly picked up 1-2 times a month for months. 1/10 do not recommend
