Honestly, I can't imagine a better experience. If you need any jewelry repaired or modified, then don't bother looking anywhere else.
My husband loves his bracelet and said the owner was one of the nicest guys. Help with several other pieces as well.

I went there to take couple extensions off my watch, they done it in quick seconds and didn’t even charge for it. Usually others charge $20 or even more. Plus owner was super friendly.
I was hoping to be able to give a good review, however, 1 1/2 weeks turned into 5 1/2 weeks, with multiple phone calls made by me, that were not returned, until the end of the 5 weeks. We were told that the ring we were having done was not correct and returned for more work. OK, great, please communicate that with us. When the ring was finally finished, it wasn't anything like we talked about, but after all this time and the fact that it was paid in full, we took it. One day later, one of the stones and mounting completely fell off. We will not be returning for repairs, since everything done in the first place was sub-par work. Now must find another jeweler to remove stones completely and polish the gold band. Logan, whoever you're sending your work to in Olathe, should be fired. Very disappointed.
Prompt, polite, excellent service. Fair prices and straight forward. Feels like how customer service used to be and how it should be. Highly recommend.
