I had the unfortunate experience of working at RTG, and I must say that it was an absolute nightmare. Not only was the management a complete disaster, but the condition of the building itself was vile. The cleaning crew made a daily appearance, but I seriously doubt they ever actually cleaned anything. The stench of the bathroom permeated the entire office, reaching as far as 70 feet away from my desk. Using the restroom became a hazardous activity, with the overpowering smell capable of causing one to pass out or slip in pee. It was truly a revolting environment.

One of the most significant issues at RTG was the management's constant pursuit of cutting corners to maximize profits. They would hire people at an abysmally low wage of $12 an hour, then prevent employees from discussing their pay to keep them unaware of the lowballing happening across the board. This approach not only devalued the hard work of the employees but also created a toxic work culture where individuals felt undervalued and taken advantage of. The management's lack of ethics and transparency was truly disheartening.

To make matters worse, the management at RTG was disorganized to the point of incompetence. They seemed utterly clueless when it came to approaching even the simplest tasks. Whenever they did intervene, they somehow managed to make things worse and, on more than one occasion, lost important contracts as a result. The arbitrary firing of top-performing employees based solely on personal preferences was not unheard of, while individuals who were caught sleeping at their desks repeatedly were inexplicably retained. It was a clear demonstration of their lack of judgment and inability to prioritize merit over personal biases.

Furthermore, the lack of accountability when it came to punctuality was infuriating. Employees were allowed to show up whenever they pleased, which created a living nightmare for those of us who were consistent and responsible. We were constantly short-staffed, forced to pick up the slack for individuals who habitually arrived late, sometimes multiple times a month. It was demoralizing to witness an employee casually jogging back from a supposed 30-minute lunch break that lasted a staggering two hours because they conveniently "got lost, " a recurring event that plagued the workplace.

In conclusion, I cannot stress enough how important it is to stay far away from RTG. From the abysmal management practices to the deplorable state of the building, this company has proven itself to be a nightmare for anyone involved. If you're considering doing business with them, I would strongly advise against it. Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction and spare yourself the misery and frustration that comes with associating with RTG.
