3Do not take care of problems. Had sliding glass door installed in July, told the screen was defective as well as one glass door, and here it is February and nothing done. They said January when I called to inquire and haven't heard a word from them. Very disappointed.
Blocked an entire neighborhood street and several people from being able to go to work in between 8-9am. I went to ask how much longer after several of us waited for 25 minutes to be exact and the worker said he doesnt know and asked if we needed to be somewhere. Seriously.we are not watching you load bags onto a roof at the rate of half a bag per minute for fun. Your work should not prevent others from doing theirs. I first saw them blocking the street at 8: 10. It is still here at 9. I do not see how this is an acceptable thing to do.
Always get materials delivered on time and Robin is wonderful to work with. Excellent place to do large orders with. I work with a commercial restoration company that specializes in roofing and we use them frequently. Just make sure your IKO shingles are from the same color lot
