Rich's Famous Burgers - Sullivan

I come in there and got some chicken last weekend and the food was off the chain enough so that I wanted to compliment the cook it was a super nice lady I think her name was Felicia or Elisha one thing for sure is the food was delishas. 10/10 would highly recommend if you enjoy good food and a friendly atmosphere plus as a bonus they have a slot machine and a quarter machine

I had the Jam burger. Great burger, tender, juicy, cooked perfect. Ordered the onion rings, not good, hard and thick coating and over cooked. 7.99 for about 8 rings skip them!

Food was good, our server was very nice, and service was fast. We ordered the Gouda Mac n Cheese bites with bacon (delicious), a create your own burger (fantastic), and the Western Burger (husband approved). Husband also got their fresh made lemonade and after I took a sip he had to share it. Omg it is good! If we're ever in the area again we will definitely be back.

Great local place to eat. They have the best cheese curds and Italian beef sandwiches I've eaten. Our server was very nice and attentive and food arrived promptly. Our favorite place to eat at in Sullivan!

I was really blown away at how good this place was. I was only in town for a couple of days and went there for dinner and breakfast once, but everything about it was great. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was of excellent quality, very well prepared, and had a lot more variety than I expected and experimented with flavors more as well. If I am ever in the area again, I'll eat there above anywhere else.

Stopped by on our back from St Louis to OKC after fueling up down the access road for a bite. Wow were we very pleased with what we found!
I had the steak sandwich and my son had the cheeseburger from the kid's menu. The food arrived quickly and was terrific. The cheeseburger is now the 'gold standard' for my son anywhere else we go. Service was prompt and friendly, as well.
We are definitely stopping here the next time we buzz thru on 44.:)

This restaurant was referred to us from a lady who worked at the Dollar General in Sullivan!

Delicious food. Totally recommend visiting and eating. The hot pepper strawberry jam is amazing. We will be coming back again.

My family have enjoyed them several times. It's almost always a great experience. Once we had to wait a long time, but it's not usually like that.

Friday is all you can eat Catfish for $10.99. Very thick, tender fillets never under or overcooked. Thick steak fries also unlimited. Get there before 4.

Anytime I'm in Sullivan MO I make a point to eat at Rich's
his Friday all you can Eat Catfish filet dinner is awesome as are his other meals. The servers are fast, friendly & observant.making sure your dining experience is top notch.

Megan was our server Friday 11/10/2023. Excellent, friendly, fast & very pleasant. We came back Saturday again excellent. However there was a table next to us that, to say the least, should’ve stayed home. Bunch of rude $&&holes

Ordered on line and food was wrong. Burnt so bad I couldn’t eat it. The lady manager said I don’t get a receipt. Said I placed my order thru door dash, I told her not door dash. The lady manager was very rude

Never got to taste food. Came in with a group. They sat us down and said it would be at least an hour before we got food. Menu looked like bar type food.but they don't serve alcohol! We left.

Food was fantastic, as I remember Rich's being. Staff was friendly, wait wasn't overly long. Can highly recommend the Jam Burger- it might sound odd, but tastes pretty good.

We stopped in on the way back from The World Champion Squirrel Cookoff. It was right before close and we were hungry travelers. They were kind enough not to turn us away. They had an old string band playing the last leg of their set. “Wichita lineman” was being sawn on a fiddle. We ate in the parking lot so we could get out of their hair. The food and service was exceptional. It has made its way on my traveler’s list of recommendations.

First time, last time. Pay attention to all the reviews saying “slow service” because that it a fact. We ordered to go. The gentleman before us waited an hour for his to go order. We waited 45 minutes. We were told the manager forgot he was to start work at 11am rather than 1pm. Really? !? ! Burger was saturated in mayo. Fries were cold and onion rings were burnt. Lastly, you can reply to all these comments, saying you’ll do better. Seems like you are over promising and under delivering. Best of luck to your establishment.

But very disappointed last visit after service of the food to our table waitress didn't bring no napkins at all the time that we ate the meal after saying she would and disappeared up until the time it was time to pay
