10Office is understaffed, doesn’t get to necessary duties in a timely fashion. Deliberately schedules patients with a NP when condition / prescription requires a MD. Find another provider.

Dr. Rana is an amazing doctor and one of the most caring doctors I’ve had. She goes above and beyond. She is thorough. I’ve switched back and forth between doctors, but since finding her I have not seen any other doctor. I trust her more than any doctor I’ve had because she listens and never rushes you out of her office if you need to discuss a problem. She makes me feel like a valued patient.
A few years ago, I started seeing Dr. Rana for chronic pain which eventually escalated to feeling out of breath. She is 100% the type of doctor that will tell you it is all in your head. She didn't even refer me to cardiology or anyone that might have been able to diagnose me with POTS sooner. I got myself a new PCP who listens and believes me. Turns out I have hEDS and it's NOT all in my head. My advice to anyone, if you have had issues with other doctors not listening to you, DON'T go to her.
