Love this place! I was looking for one of these Nutrition places after I worked out and came across this place. The girls were so friendly and helpful, I hadn’t been to one in awhile. I ordered the banana nut bread shake and I can’t stop craving it now! So good and even better that is healthy and I don’t have to feel guilty about it!
The energy teas are amazing! So many combos to choose from. I had the mistletoe special and it was outstanding. The staff has so much love and energy. Check them out!

Amazing teas and smoothies. You can add extra shots like immune boosting, energy, collagen, etc etc. A little pricey but soooo good and the girls are super sweet. Just tell them what you want or looking for and they will recommend and whip you up something fabulous.
