This is the shop I go to and trust. Everyone is super nice. I have taken many cars there over the years. As my 2 kiddos drove used vehicles. Always fair. Don't try to up sell you. I would recommend this place anyday all day.

What a complete relief to find honest and fun people to take care of our cars. Everyone there has been great. We had 2 emergencies and 1 oops in 2 days of moving and they were there to help quickly, honestly and just made what could have been major problems not so big. Very thankful to have found them!

When I find a reputable, honest and fair priced company that does great service I have to write about it! Just pick up my car and Chris did an amazing job with my oil change and inspection for a cross country trip I am taking. I have heard many positive reviews from happy customers and I am now one of them!

Went to Riteway here in Excelsior Springs for a safety inspection in August for my 2000 Expedition. Asked the boss on duty (Kevin) about changing transmission fluid. He said if the transmission is working OK he wouldn't advise it ($200+ job). I said, how about an oil change. He said, you just had an oil change in late May, but if you really want to spend some money, how about a set of tires - that I'd bought my last set in 2014. I said I've been thinking about that so he goes and looks at the tires and said there's about another 15-20,000 miles left on those tires.

So about 20 minutes later when I was paying for the inspection, Kevin says, "I guess I'm not a very good salesman am I? ". I answered, "I don't know, I and anybody else, will come back here every time there's a car problem".

I have been taking my 2008 Toyota to riteway auto for 14 years. They keep it running like new. Riteway is the only place I would go and say do whatever it needs to fix it and not worry about being overcharged. Maintance on my cars will always be with riteway. Jim Thomas

They charge double to patch a tire. But pro is they will balance your tire pressure and check your fluids for free

Needed my timing belt change as it was 7,000 miles overdue. Got it done in one day even with how busy they are. The man I talked to was very nice and polite will be coming back for any work I can’t do at home!
