Great service, after we purchased a pre-owned car and drive away, we noticed the brakes shook at higher speed stops. We took it in for them to look at and they fixed the issue in all four rotors! Very please with our service buying the car and now servicing it!

Escape in for oil change. It Had failed items on inspection report that were not brought to my attention during call to inform me that car was finished or during checkout.
1- Lug nuts swelled. I would have had those changed out while wheels were off.
2- Air filter in caution zone- I again would have had that changed out.
It was obvious that dealer was not busy as the oil change was completed quickly. Next sop is Firestone to get alignment checked and replace lug nuts when I balance tires. And air filter change should nice it is the mpossible for Owners to change it he filter on the Escape models.
I use to work for Rob and really loves the service guys so will always have them take care of my car.

I take my F150 Platinum here for service and their service department is usually great, so I thought I'd give the sales side a shot. I got an email from Ford a couple of weeks ago saying that 2024 F150's could now be ordered, but I was a little confused about the packages for the Platinum. I needed to get my oil changed anyway, and instead of going in at 7 AM before work like I usually do, I decided to take an hour or so off work and schedule a service appointment in the middle of the day so I could talk to a salesman while I waited for my oil change. I asked an available salesperson if I could talk to someone about ordering a 2024 F150. He went and grabbed his laptop and came back and told me that 2024's couldn't be ordered yet because he was still getting '23's. I showed him the email I got, and he seemed stumped. He left to ask a manager (Matt?), came back and said it actually is possible to order one. He tried something on his laptop but couldn't find how to get to a place to order a '24. He left again to ask the manager, came back, and pulled up the exact website I could pull up - the one that wasn't making sense to me that led me to talk to someone at a dealership. Ultimately, he couldn't provide any additional information that I couldn't and hadn't already read for myself and I basically got a blank stare and a "let me know if I can do anything to help". I was pretty excited that I was finally able to order a '24 and was looking forward to learning more, but I just left disappointed in the experience and that I had taken time from work day to do it. If I, as the customer, know more about the product than the dealership that is selling the product, I'm not sure what the dealership brings to the table other than being the place to do a transaction.
This was the fastest auto purchase ever. We knew exactly what we wanted and I pulled up and it was up front waiting for me. We were finished under an hour and on our way. Very friendly and knowledgeable crew. We will definitely be back. Thanks for making it so easy. Dr Randy and Cindy Large
The salesman, Tim, was very helpful at informing everything to know about the car. Very welcoming employee's that know what they're doing, and are helpful during the buying process. Highly recommend buying from this dealership!
Service was great. Very quick and easy. Normally my truck is washed and sticker in window replaced to update mileage.

Had my truck serviced and when I picked it up the service associate was very short with us. Also they didn't even wash the truck like most places do.
The staff was very respectful and informative, and the service was quick.
Update (09/14/23) : I came to the dealership again today to get my car assessed and serviced. Erik helped me again to get what I needed done and gave me valuable information about my car. He is always so very helpful and I really enjoy doing business with him.
This time and the last 2 other times, they have not washed the vehicle like was under the impression this was performed with service.
Jess booked my appointment on Thursday for Friday morning. I showed up at 7: 10am Friday and with in an hour they had my work completed and I was on my way out of town.
I was in a hurry to get to Iowa due to the storms that went through on Wednesday afternoon damaging a number of Henning’s oProject properties.
They got me in and out in an effort to get on the road to help some of the people in Iowa.

This is the place to go for all of your vehicles needs. Door was broken and wouldn't shut then I found out it was due to 1 of the 3 recalls on my lincoln and they got me in the next week to get it all taken care of. They didn't try to sell me on anything and fixed all of my recall stuff without any hassle. Great place and genuinely nice people. Highly recommended.
This dealership has an excellent service department! I’ve received service here twice. Both times I felt the service department only recommended services as needed. I never felt they were trying to push more than what was required. Both times my car was repaired and returned in about a day. The staff have been friendly and professional both times!
