Roberts Drug Store, Jefferson City MO

I’ve been using pharmacy for my whole life unfortunately and this is the worst one I have ever been too. My prescription is to be filled every month and every month I go when they say it’s ready and it’s never ready or they have one pill for me? !? ! The lady at the front always has an attitude. Don’t waste your time…

If I could give Kim Roberts more stars I would do it. She has gone above and beyond with excellent customer service for our elderly mother. Roberts Drug Store makes us feel like we are a part of their family and not just another customer. It's a far cry from going to a large retail pharmacy where you just don't get that personalized service. It is very comforting to know that our mother is in such good hands to make sure she gets her medication. Thank you Kim and thank you Roberts Drug Store!

I'm a new clint and it took 3 days to get my script. So I will give them a chance to get better, Hopefully.

This nurse is incredibly grateful for Robert’s Drug Store staff for stepping up to all challenges that this pharmacy is facing since Whaley’s recently announced being bought out by Walgreens. The have been great with all of our patient needs, working additional hours to help sort out the chaos, and helping deliver medications as needed. I sincerely hope this business stays for this community
