I searched online for a used vehicle and found what I was looking for at this dealership. I live out of state and was concerned about making an "internet" deal with a dealer I did not know. Their price was right and I decided to make the trip.
I was dealt with very professionally and kindly. John picked me up right on time at the airport. My salesman named Jordan was waiting for me when we arrived with everything ready to go. I took the vehicle for a test drive and it was everything I expected and more. Then I met the finance manager named Jessica and we signed a few papers and then I was on my way home. It was a great experience. Good job John, Jordan and Jessica!
The service check in people are always very nice and efficient. I was at the dealership for hardly any time at all and they came to get me to tell me my car was finished. I didn't have to miss much work at all.
Chris Casey in the service department understands customer service and takes it to the next level. I'd recommend Roberts-Robinson in Excelsior to anyone.ask for Chris Casey.

I was referred to Roberts-Robinson by a relative. Terrance, Blair and Shelby at Roberts -Robinson made the purchasing of a vehicle the best car buying experience I've ever had. I needed a new vehicle, asap. Due to my work schedule, and kids' activities on Saturdays, I wasn't going to have a chance to test drive and shop for vehicles, until possibly mid to late January! I was full of anxiety over how I would possibly hold off for that long, especially when I live in the Northland and the dealership is located in Excelsior Springs. Turns out, that was no matter for me! Robert-Robinson accommodated me in numerous ways and I can't thank them enough for the overall easy and smooth process (and for spending a lot of time on the phone with my endless questions!) My new vehicle is clean, clean, clean (and that's important- in case you couldn't tell, lol). It runs smooth and is in fantastic condition. I'm so grateful, thank you Roberts- Robinson.
I would of liked to of been updated on the status of my vehicle without having to call because of the part being delayed.

We were not receiving good service at the dealership closer to our home, so we decided to try a new place. It was a warranty item that they fixed right away, without hassle.
Got in ant out quickly, service replaced a trailer module on my Silverado and it works as it should

I'm thrilled to have found Roberts-Robinson! Quick, correct and polite. I even happened upon a Roberts-Robinson vehicle elsewhere in the Metro area (probably out getting parts) the truck was driving responsibly, not speeding, not cutting everyone off, etc. Noted and appreciated! Roberts-Robinson is what I expect a dealership to be. Note that they don't have nitrogen for tires, hopefully they will at some point.
