Rock Solid is a great company to work with. During the ordering process Eric & his team took their time with us to ensure we pick-out the right countertops for our needs. Installers Aaron & Donnie called prior to showing up & were professional & courteous throughout the install. Steve was gracious enough to assist us installing the faucet & garbage disposal. We are extremely happy with how the project turned out. We highly recommend Rock Solid Creations.

Aaron, Donnie, did an amazing job the countertops are seamless. When they got to the house they introduce themselves and went right to work. They were friendly and polite! They cleaned up after they were finished and made sure the counter were clean. They explain how best to take care of the counters and they told me the best product to clean them. We are over the moon on how pretty they are. Thanks Arron and Donnie! Now about Eric. He is a very good sales men! He takes his time helping you and he answer all your question and concerns. He explains the process and will even show you how they cut the slab. If you can’t fine what you want he will give you places to go to look and he will work with them. He is very professional as is his crew! Eric’s goal is to satisfy his Customer and make sure they are happy. He is personal and friendly and very easy to work with! Best company I’ve ever had to do business with. Very forgiving of my ignorance and the property owner changing things multiple times. Bud is the best and made it very easy for me. Donny and Aaron did a perfect install, pointing out errors I needed to fix, and did two kitchens in a morning.

All in all, good experience. The installation crew, Aaron and Donnie came right on time, and were able to finish the job quickly.

They even noticed my pregnant wife was driving away with a flat tire and were able to notify me in time to stop her from getting too far on the flat.

The Salesmen, Jay, I believe, presented our options clearly and helped us get scheduled in a reasonable couple week window.

The countertop is nice, the veins all line up well, and the color matches well, we couldn’t be happier.

Aaron and Donnie just installed our counters. They did an amazing job. I received a phone call 45 minutes prior to their arrival which was great to know when they would arrive. They came in, introduced themselves, and immediately got to work. They were very respectful, courteous, and even put the drawers back in! If you get a choice, I would ask for this team to do your install!

Had such a great experience with Rock Solid Creations! Being in the trades for 21 years I have a huge respect for anyone that’s shows up when they say and communicate. Not only did they communicate well, they did an amazing job! Very clean and appreciative of the attention to detail and cleanliness of the installation crew.

We used rock salad creations to install our granite for our kitchen, and they were amazing! The attention to detail, the follow up, the service all amazing. Even four years later, the commitment to their product and install is second to none!

Fantastic customer service and very professional. We worked with Bud on our kitchen countertops and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and was very great with communication. He even took the time to contact me after his normal working hours to accommodate my schedule. Also, the original quartz we chose ended up getting delayed and we had to chose another option but it was more expensive then the original. Bud and his manager Christian ended up giving us a discount on the more expensive quartz to make up for the fact we had to change based on their delay so we had no extra charges! Everyone from the technician who measured the kitchen to the gentleman that installed the quartz were all polite and professional. Definitely recommend Bud and Rock Solid!
