All the staff are so nice and helpful! They always make us feel at ease, even with the stress of a vet visit.
They always remember who our furbabies are, and are so nice to them! We feel very welcome every time.
I really appreciate how the doctor explains what she’s doing and why, and covers any concerns she may have.
I am very comfortable having my babies taken care of here!

I've been taking my best friend Ozzy (blue heeler/great pyranese) to RPC for four years now and it's been a pleasant experience every time. They always work me into their schedule, they're prompt, and they really care about my needs. Not too expensive either. I recommend them all the time.

The techs and veterinarians at Rockhill Pet Clinic have provided excellent care for my cats over the years. The staff, some of whom have been there many years, are knowledgable and dedicated.

Compassionate and caring. For nearly 20 years, every procedure is thoroughly reviewed with you along with an estimate of cost and what to expect post surgery. Even if it a blood draw they tell me where it was taken and what to watch for. An outstanding group of nurses, vets, and staff.

My puppy was 8 weeks I had taken her to get her shots and she was later ran over. I had gotten the puppy package and this clinic worked hard with my to reimburse me for the package since I would have no longer needed it not only that, but they were sympathetic and mailed me a handwritten card with their condolences. I am touched by the sincerity of the people working here. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a financially vet, as well as someone who is looking for clinicians that will truly care about your paw family ️

Both of my cats go there. They are always helpful and caring. They always check back with you. We were have some behavioral issues and the vet called behavioral vet for some pointers. They are not inexpensive but good.

I’ve been to a few pet clinics and nothing compares to ROCKHILL! Amazing staff and they always answer my questions and it really feels like they care about your furry friend vs just seeing you as $$$. I love it here and Lola my doggie always gets excited to see the staff. I wish nothing but the best for everyone at Rockhill!

Been sending my cat to Rockhill for a handful of years now. They're great at face to face customer service, generally great with my cat, however utterly terrible with organization and communication. I have to travel for work and many clinics I visited with Izzy tried to contact them for her files. They get no response. I contact them today to say they needed my permission but they never contacted me about it. There were other situations that arose like this for my cats medicine where someone failed to type up notes or put the right information in the system, which would result in my cat not getting her needs met in a timely manner and at stage 3 renal failure that is not acceptable.

I trust my pup completely at this clinic. My dog is high energy and is not always the most well-behaved, but Rockhill Pet Clinic works with her to meet her needs, which I am so thankful for. I appreciate all the staff members for loving on my dog and giving her the best medical attention possible. I love their scheduling system - very clean and organized. They always pick up the phone. They have been able to squeeze my dog in last minute when an emergency occurs. Highly recommend this clinic!

Rockhill Pet Clinic has done a wonderful job taking care of our golden retriever from the start! When she was young, she had gastrointestinal and ear infection issues and we struggled to figure out the root of the problem. Rockhill helped us to do a food trial which ended up getting her down to a healthy weight and eliminating frequent ear infections completely. They are great at listening and they always call to check up on Butter, so we always trust they have her best interest in mind.

My 19-year-old cat had an emergency situation where her upper canine somehow got displaced behind her lower canine. I was able to get an appt for her with the vets at Rockhill Pet Clinic, and, after removal of the offending tooth, I could not even tell by her actions she had undergone surgery! All sorts of monitoring, careful procedures, appropriate anesthesia, etc.that are part of their surgery routine ensured my girl was safe the whole time, and that she recovered quickly and beautifully. Not only did I appreciate the way they kept her safe and performed the dental without any resulting complications, I was also extremely grateful they made room on their schedule for her right away. Thumbs way up, and huge thanks.

I received a message from the vet on a Tuesday afternoon to share my dog's lab results. I called as soon as they opened on Wednesday morning. On Wednesday evening, right before they closed, I received a message admonishing me because my dog "really" needed to be on medicine and I need to check in with them. It seems my message from Wednesday morning was lost. When it's important that a dog gets on medicine, it seems like they need a more organized system of communication. For example, the vet could have told me to come by and pick up the medicine in her original message rather than (or in addition to) telling me to call in to talk with her. They just always seem a little disorganized like this, and this time it was important.

New to KC looking for affordable quality pet support for my dog Gracie. Initially chose this clinic after finding them on the maps app being close to the where I'm staying but now I can't imagine taking her anywhere else. Their excellence in care and support are second to none at least in my 3 1/2 yrs since I acquired Gracie as a puppy. The receptionist, nurse & Dr were all very welcoming and personable answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. I treasure their expertise & "from the heart" care Gracie received.

They handled a stressful/potentially emergent situation with my dog so professionally and compassionately. The techs are so caring, and even called/follow-up throughout the week just to check on our dog. Dr. Miller explained everything so well, and it made me feel confident to leave my sick dog with them.

Profits over patients and zero compassion.

I took my bud here for a dental infection ($75), scheduled him for an xray the next day ($400). Brought him in at 7: 30; when I called around 11 to check in, they still had not started the procedure, was told he is next in line after another patient. The vet - Dr. Vodraska - calls an hour later, says that she got bad news and that the issue was probably cancer. She was almost gloating and declined to pull the loose tooth when asked, instead recommended $1,200 of additional testing, she followed it up with the fact that he needs to go to a specialist. She told me our best option will likely be to remove his entire lower jaw (!). I was so shocked over the whole ordeal, I could barely speak. The doctor and her nurse kept pressuring me to approve further testing; to clarify, the $1,200 was not going to deal with his infection or loose tooth, after the testing he would still need to go to the specialist. I declined further testing, and when picking up my cat from them I could not hold back tears or even speak. The doctor saw me and said nothing.
Bottom line - I scheduled an appointment with Companion Animal Dentistry following this. At the initial consult the vet there said she is 99% sure it's just a bad tooth infection, as I suspected, suggested extractions, which we went forward with. Two weeks later biopsy came back negative, my cat is healthy, and I likely lost a few years off my life because of the awful experience at Rockhill Pet Clinic.
Dr. Vodraska knew she could not help my cat with dental work and instead of referring him to the specialist after she first saw him, she tried to squeeze me for more $$$.
Avoid this place, they don't care about your pets.

I adopted a rehomed cat who had been going to this vet before she came into our family. I had initially intended to switch providers, but after getting such great care for her and just general fantastic help/service from the staff, we decided to stay.

Do not use this vet! They are overpriced and unprofessional. They make charges for services not rendered. Beware.

**Updated 7/8/22** The care RPC provides for my pet has always been good and the employees are both friendly and responsive, but I'm dissatisfied with the fact that they still aren't letting people accompany their pets into the exam rooms. I understand why they did this during the height of Covid, but my pet (a formerly-feral "only child") gets extremely anxious/aggressive around other animals. The lack of a familiar presence to calm him makes the whole experience very stressful when it doesn't have to be. I hope RPC will reconsider this policy at some point.
