Dr. Brulja is extremely compassionate and knowledgeable! Amazing bedside manner. I have been seeing her for 5+ years. I have also had great experiences with Dr. Angell (delivered my youngest) and Dr. Ezell when Dr. Brulja was out of the office. Great group of providers! Very busy office that often comes with some wait time, but well worth the wait!

I went here in 2020 to get an iud placed. After complaining about severe pain and complications I went in for a follow up and they said it was fine. When the pain wouldn’t stop they wouldn’t take me in claiming I had unpaid bills, and Every-time I was transferred to pay or discuss the charge I was hung up on. 2 years, 7 doctors, countless appointments and thousands of dollars later I had to have my iud surgically removed because it was placed incorrectly. Now two years later, they call me stating I owe another $300. Absolutly egregious.

It’s fine. The doctors are amazing, but the nursing staff isn’t ever on the same page and never seems to be good with following up on scheduling or anything.every time I go in I get the same questions from multiple nurses, like they’re not communicating with each other. Been trying to get in after a baby, and no one will even call me back. I really didn’t know it was that hard to schedule patients. Unfortunately everybody is so overbooked, it’s hard to find quality obs

Dr. Brulja is the best OB doctor I have seen. I feel supported and she is open to questions and talking through any concerns. GREAT bedside manner & very proactive. I have met many other members in the practice & feel very cared for overall. The associates that check you in and out are professional and helpful. When I’ve had billing questions they are great to work with as well. I acknowledge a couple of challenges are getting call backs from nurses after leaving a voicemail but the online portal makes it easy to get in contact. Also, some appointments I have had a long waiting time due to doctors being on call or getting behind. I attribute the late appointments to be due to high demand of the office and took it as a good sign that they are so busy. I’d recommend this office.

Dr Ezell is wonderful. Went in last September for a DNC because i started bleeding after 4 years of menopause. Started bleeding a month after the DNC. Made an appointment to see the doctor. Dr Ezell was on maternity leave so I had to see another doctor. I was told I needed a hysterectomy. The bleeding has been on and off since December and it's gotten really bad lately so I called the office today to make a appointment to see Dr Ezell. After I made the appointment the nurse called me back and said she couldn't make my appointment because I had a balance. I had no idea why I owed a balance.needless to say they said i had to pay $1400 before I could see the doctor. I told them I don't have that kind of money and I could make payments. I was told I still had to pay it all off before I can see the doctor.so in the mean time I'm going to bleed to death until I can pay my bill. Rockhills priorities are wrong.the patient should come first but all they care about is money and filling their pockets.screw the patient. So what if they need medical attention or bleed to death they just want their money. I am so disappointed in this medical office. I used to be a big fan but not anymore.on top of it you can never get anyone to answer the phone you always have to leave a message and good luck if you get a call back.so so disappointed

Dr. Johnson has been my OBGYN for 4 years now. She is always professional, easy-going, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. She is very busy, but you wouldn't know that, because she truly makes you feel like you're her only patient for the day. She is attentive, lets you talk, and listens to all of your concerns. You never feel rushed with her. It took me a while to find a good OB whom I trusted, and felt completely comfortable with, and I am so glad I found her. She is now guiding me through my first pregnancy, and I feel completely safe in her care and knowledge.

I had a trip to the ER in NOV of 2021 that resulted in me finding out I had a tumor on my left ovary, as it had gone into torsion. Dr. Pearman was who consulted me in the ER and I was recommended to speak with her again after being discharged days later. I met with her and she asked for an ultrasound to get a better idea of what we were dealing with. They advised me I had a small tumor thay had gone into torsion. I was advised we would schedule surgery shortly to remove the tumor laproscopically and that it would be a short procedure in which I would return home same day. While under anesthesia, they entered my abdomen laproscopically and found the tumor far larger than they had explained, they removed the scopes and performed a full c-section on me, removed my entire left ovary, unfortunately. That isn't anything they can control, but what happened after is. I woke up in the most extreme pain I have ever experienced, I was provided with a nerve blocker shot and then was walked, painfully, to a bathroom where I almost passed out from the sheer amount of blood. The nurse did not even try to comfort me, instead making me feel badly for being afraid when I had seen how much blood there was. Meanwhile, my significant other has called multiple times for an update and to pick up my prescription medication so that I can be comfortable while recovering, they were not given any information about me, why it ook 5x longer than expected and would not provide them pharmacy information to pick up my medication. I sobbed for hours in pain and was wheeled out holding a pillow to my lower abdomen while crying. My significant other asked the nurse who wheeled me out if it was normal for me to be in as much pain as I was and she did not respond, instead, closed the car door and walked away. We them spent the next 5 hours of our night calling to find out where they sent ny medication, which ended up being a pharmacy 35 minutes out of the way and that I had never been to previously. Now, over a year later, I have tried to follow up with my doctor and the scheduling team has confirmed an appointment for me, only to call days later, after I have already informed my place of work that I would be gone for this time, that the appointment has been revoked due to a paperwork error and nothing can be done. Time and time again this place has failed me. I would not recommend it if you want someone to care about your health.

1. Doctors are great. But they never answer the call or return your call.
2. Wendy, please learn how to talk to the patient. So rude…
3. They don’t call you for your lab result. You have to call them 10 times then they will call you back. Seriously.all the receptionist who answers the call, nurses should learn how to treat the patient. Oh, and if you tell them you feel something they will automatically say go to ER.

The nurses and ultrasound tech awesome. Most of the secretaries (not all) are awesome. The nurse practitioner Mary needs some bedside and trauma informed training. She also needs to knock when she enters the room and say her name immediately. Instead of me having to ask as she just loudly opens the door and enters. Just cause you have a lab coat doesn't make me trust you. She also needs to go over specifics when a patient asks what specifically will be tested on the blood draw. I have to pay extra for blood tests that were done 2 weeks prior because insurance doesnt cover that many blood tests that quickly for the same thing. I even asked if my tsh and a1c was going to be checked and she said no its a different test. That was incorrect on her part. So i have to pay full price now cause insurance only covers that test over 3 months and i had that done 2 weeks prior. Also if I was signed up to see doctor pearman, it needs to be explained to the patient why they are not seeing that doctor. I was suppose to see Dr Carla pearman but instead ended up with this np Mary. Bait and switch. So basically waited a month to see them just for them to refer me to a different doctor for high risk pregnancy, which i knew was going to occur (not why im disappointed in this practice). She didnt even go over my chart with me or ask about my medical history. Or ask if I had any pregnancy questions. Basically she saw insulin usage and wanted to be done with me so she could refer me to the other doctor. Lol and she says she wants to see me 6 weeks postpartum ummmm no thank you. I'll find somewhere else that is trauma informed. Shout out to nurse T, nurse Anne, and secretary zo! Those ladies are hands down amazing and the only reason this place gets some stars. Their ability to talk to patients in a calm and professional manner is wonderful! They are welcoming and encouraging. They make you feel comfortable and at ease.

The staff and doctor are phenomenal. They listen to what you have to say and generally want to help you. I feel super comfortable going here for my check ups and I will continue going after being referred by a friend.
