I had the pleasure of getting to know Christopher J Bohling recently through my Roger The Plumber HVAC investment, and I must say he is absolutely amazing. His work ethic is top-notch, and his ability to explain all things related to AC/HVAC systems is truly wonderful. Christopher went above and beyond to ensure our HVAC system was in perfect shape.

He meticulously repaired the problem, including rinsing the compressor and thawing out the ice on the coils, patiently waiting until it melted. He also installed a new thermostat inside the house and a thermometer outside. Christopher's dedication didn't stop there; he even came back two days later to ensure everything was running smoothly and provided valuable recommendations for the future.

What truly sets Christopher apart is his unwavering integrity. He spoke highly of his colleagues, both "big" and "little" Mike, who had previously serviced my HVAC for various reasons. This speaks volumes about his character and commitment to excellence.

I can't thank Christopher enough for his outstanding service. He is truly awesome, and I highly recommend his expertise for any HVAC needs.

Showed up really quick, identified issue, solved it. Had all the materials needed and didn't have to make a trip somewhere. Very happy with their work. Roger the Plumber is the ONLY plumber for me!

Offer to replace a simple kitchen faucet was over $400.00 dollars - and I had to agree to pay them for a monthly mantiance program- I am not that stupid - that's just excessive and greedy.

Adam provided great service providing us just what we needed and came up for a solution for an unusual garbage disposal set up. Very thorough.

Nick arrived timely to our appointment and got right to business. He explained his assessment of our AC unit and his suggested repairs, I appreciated his honest feedback. The price was very affordable seeing as we are in their select member club (?) and Nick completed the service quickly. This is one of the hottest days of the year and we appreciated Nick getting our AC up and running!

Richard White did an estimate on my plumbing. He is extremely knowledgeable, bright and honest. He is also kind, understanding and patient. Even if it wasn’t easy to hear, he told me the truth. If I could afford him, he would definitely be my first choice. So sharp! I enjoyed talking with Mandy about England (not often that I can do that). Cynthia nice too. Thank you.

Guys were very professional. Took less time than they said. Sent like 10 guys out to replace AC and Furnace. They didn't mind answering my questions either. Very kind and very professional. They'll be doing my other house soon.

I don't write reviews, but the service Roger the Plumber performed to install a gas line in our outdoor landscaping project required posting for others to consider as they evaluate other service providers. Roger provided us, using a contractor for the project, with a quote of $3,000, which was after a full inspection of our backyard, including any trees or other obstacles that may need consideration as they installed the line. When the arrived, they trenched as close to the tree that we wanted to keep alive as possible, tearing through the roots and every line of our sprinkler system. They did not obtain the required city permit for the gas, nor did they even complete the job. The Company stopped communicating with us. Once we determined a permit was required from a separate plumbing company, we hired that trusted company to obtain the required permit and finish the job. Roger did not provide an invoice for almost 2 months. We tried to contact them several times for the invoice, but they did not return our calls. The final bill was $6,900 and they suggested they would put a lien on our house if we did not pay immediately, as if the invoice was past due! Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I've had with a service company!
