Rolla Oral Surgery

A family member of mine has gotten the run-around by Daniel's and his staff. My family member is suffering from 4 wisdom teeth and 2 of them impacted. When my family member needed them most for an oral surgery to fix the issue, Rolla Oral Surgery was not there for them. The oral surgery has had to get rescheduled for a fourth time. One reschedule was caused because the scheduling staff scheduled the oral surgery on a day the oral surgeon didn't work on and was on vacation. The incompetence of Daniel's and his office has caused my family member to remain in pain while we search for an oral surgeon who will actually help my family member. Rolla Oral Surgery is unprofessional and incompetent. When scheduling called me to tell me they had to reschedule again, we were already halfway through the 1.5-hour drive to get there on the day of the surgery. Do not trust your dental care to Rolla Oral Surgery.

I have pushed off getting my wisdom teeth extracted for years. I finally decided it was time. I did my research and landed on scheduling a one and done appointment with Rolla Oral Surgery. (Consult and surgery back to back) And let me tell you- I am SO glad I did.
I called multiple times throughout the week with random questions and concerns I had- they treated me with the upmost kindness, respect, and never made me feel dumb for asking the simplest of things.
The day of, I was a ball of nerves. I walked in to them greeting me with my name and infectious smiles. I was quickly moved to the back where the sweetest assistants made me feel extremely comfortable despite my eyes being dwelled up in tears due to fear. Dr. Hofheins was EXCELLENT explaining the procedure, what to expect, and my particular situation.
As I moved to the room for the actual procedure, the assistants were even better at keeping my mind occupied and easing my nerves as they prepped me. They went above and beyond. Before I knew it, it was all over and I was headed home. No pain, no fear, just relief that I finally got my wisdom teeth removed and chose Rolla Oral Surgery. Now, it is time to heal.
I would recommend Dr. Hofheins and his team 10,000x over especially if you are a ball of nerves like I was.

I have never left a review for anyone, but I feel I need to for this one because I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. I had a referral from form dental to be seen for an emergency tooth extraction because they couldn’t get it. Numb I went in and I was in pain. I did cuss on the phone because I said I wanted my effing tooth removed. The lady said that if I was going to be disrespectful, I could not be seen. I told her I was not being disrespectful. I was in pain and I needed help. They then proceeded to get into a pissing contest with me and treated me worse than I’ve ever been treated my entire life. This is not a good place they do not care about people that are in pain, and I would not recommend them for anyone especially veterans. I would give them a zero star if I was allowed to.

All the staff were super friendly. Dr. Hofheins was amazing. He was very informative and called to check on my daughter after hours to make sure there were no complications after having her four wisdom teeth extracted. Their required patient registration paperwork is done online and was super easy.

I’ve been putting off taking out a wisdom tooth because I was so scared. Today I had my consultation and the removal. The paperwork was simple, as I did it online. The check in was easy and I was greeted with my name upon arrival. There were several there who knew me and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Daniels was professional, shook my hand several times and made me feel at ease. The nurse and the doctor listened to my concerns and made me very comfortable! Thank you very much!

I would recommend Dr. Daniels to anyone who is nervous or scared to go under IV sedation. He was very kind and empathetic throughout the whole process and listened well to my concerns. When it was actually time for the sedative process he explained what everything was and why he was using it before giving it to me and that made the very scary process a lot easier. He made me feel safe and heard.

Very recommend for Dr. Daniels, and if you’re reading this Doctor, thank you very much. You are so kind and wonderful.

Dr. Hofheins does amazing work! I cannot say enough good things about him or his staff. I had really bad experience at a dental office in Springfield (Smile Dental) Dr.kept wanting me to come back into their office and charging me for unnecessary things, which the bill total was $5,000.00 for 2 teeth. I was still in severe pain, finally 6 months later the Endodontist of the ozarks did a referral of my choice to Dr. Hofheins office and it's a miracle he found out what the problem was and took care of it. I am now pain free. I will never ever go to Smile dental in Springfield again they are terrible, and nothing but a money pit. I will definitely recommend Dr. Hofheins to everyone.

Dr. Hofheins and the staff are wonderful! They throughly explain the procedure and answer any questions you may have. I also received a call later in the day from Dr. Hofheins making sure everything was going well. I highly recommend them!

My daughter, 9 years old, needed a tongue tie cut and a tooth pulled. She was very scared about this procedure. The staff was very loving, caring, and careful with her. I felt really well taking care of. They watch out alot for my daughter and even for me. The doctor called me on the same day at 7 pm to check in with my daughter and me. I am very impressed by the staff and would go back there if another procedure needs to be done. If there would be more stars available then I would give more.

We had a wonderful experience. My son had wisdom teeth extraction. His post operative recovery went wonderful. I feel that is very much due to the skill of Dr. Daniels and his team.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out in the beginning of the school year. Dr. Daniels was very professional and was able to address my concerns and answer my questions about the procedure thoroughly. I definitely recommend him as an oral surgeon in the Rolla area.

Dr. Donald Hofheins & Dr. Daniels were both absolutely amazing in patient concern & care. Not only is the office thorough & professional during the procedure, but extends the patient care in the evening & off hours. The Dr's offer personal care that is honestly hard to find now days. Thanks for taking such good care of my son!
