Rolling Hills Honda, St Joseph MO

We took our car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a recall. When we got home, oil was dripping from our 2023 vehicle all over our driveway. We called to notify them and left messages to get our car back in ASAP and no one called back. We got our car back in a wk later & were told it was “residual oil” from our original oil change. The staff was friendly but had no sense of urgency in fixing their mistake. We also now have to have our driveway power washed

My problem is not fixed yet even though I have been charged $530 for something that was not defective.

Ordering a new car without seeing it first is sorta frightening, but Ivan made it easy and breezy! Also, Kirk is the very best!

Got my first oil changed at Rolling Hills after 14,000 miles and I have a Drone automatic start installed on my car so I know that they were done doing the oil change about 20 after the hour and I did not get my car until 10 after (50 minutes later). The girl tried to sell me a couple things, and when I declined them I felt like I was met with some aggression. Little bit disappointing and not sure if I’ll go there again for a Noyle change or any work at all. Little too much pressure for me.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and the tech saw one of my tire rod boots was broken. All staff was patient with me while I coordinated with my mom about what to do and even sent her a detailed email with pictures so she could see. Amazing service all around. Will definitely be going back!

I have delt with Rolling Hills for over 10 years. They have made me happy and pleased with their friendly attitude and service.

I had a 2: 15 appointment for 2 recall notices. Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to find out they hadn't even started on my car. Once they started it took less than 10 minutes.

We have told them numerous times that we sold our vehicle to our son and daughter-in-law. She was there yesterday and got everything changed and I continue to get contacted. They don’t know the owners of that vehicle. Why can we not get this changed?

My sales representative was Jose. His professionalism and customer courtesy was beyond compare. I drove more than a 6 hour round trip to do business with him. I would gladly do it again. Rolling Hills offered a fair negotiation and Jose served as an exceptional intermediary.

Terrible communication. You can call, leave messages, or text and the only time you get a response is if they need something. You have to initiate any contact and it’s the customer that has to call to get updates on your vehicle.

They were very nice and efficient servicing my older Honda. No one tried for ing me into a new car nor coming up with a list of fixes. They were on time with what they told me as well. I’m very pleased with my experience

Nice salespeople and helpful staff. Love my new car! My only caution, read finance paperwork thoroughly and ask questions before signing.
