Rolling Hills Nissan, St Joseph MO

Just a oil change with a coupon and tire rotation with coupon and air filter and cabin filter for $208 the simple snap in air filter take 2 min and was charged almost $30 read bill 3 times and confused even now

Had my oil changed here today. I made the appointment online and the process from start to finish was very smooth. Customer service from Conner D.was also very good! He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Great service from vehicle check-in to work completed by technician. It's one of two places I always go to for car care.

Had my check engine light come on. Took my car Nissan Rouge to Rolling Hills Nissan service department. They diagnosed the problem. And ordered what part I needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I’ve had issues before with my car and this dealership auto service but Zach was absolutely wonderful and had my car in and out and apologized again for my last visit. He remembered who i was and absolutely did his best to make up for it. Zach is absolutely the reason i will be returning, he truly values his customers and it shows! The staff was friendly enough. My biggest complaint is that it took so long for an oil change & tire service. Like 2+ hrs. Maybe short staffed. Not sure.

Great quick service. The manager at the desk wiped the inside of the interior to make sure it was clean and disinfected. Very pleased.

I took my vehicle in for a recall. Was told it would take approximately 4 hrs. Five hours later, after no communication from Rolling Hills, I stopped by the dealership to check in. I was informed that they had not even started on my vehicle. I live 45 minutes away from the location and had made my appointment a month earlier. The explanation I was given was that they had some previous cars they were having difficulty with getting fixed.

I understand how unforeseen things happen, but felt like the lack of communication on their part was the reason I could not give them five stars.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me a fair estimate on the work done and had it completed in a timely manner. Would recommend them.
