The lady in the receiving office taking the paper work is such a nice person. I encourage all drivers to spark up conversation with her. She has SO much wisdom to share. If I could give one piece of advice though. Do not expect a good morning back in return. Your good morning isn't dependent on whether the receipant is having a good morning or not. Keep your chin up reader, it's going to be ok.

Lady at the receiving booth is extremely rood and unprofessional. Capstone head guy not much better. Avoid this place if you’re able to.

DRIVERS BEWARE! Multiple times drivers had 6 and 7am delivery appointments and they don’t leave until 2-3pm minimum.
Very long unloading times, wait forever to get paperwork. Plus huge lumper fee. Not a good place to unload. Unless you like wasting your time, don’t deliver here.

Can be a bit snug do back into the docks. Rest of the people I dealt with seem nice. The lady that took the paperwork seems to get a little snooty if you misunderstood what she said or didn't catch all of what she said because of the fork lift going by.

Worst place ever. 2pm and still not unloaded. Appt at 10: 30, checked in at 9am. Rude and unprofessional people.
Do not come here. Waist of time. No overnight parking.

Giving 1 star because of the nasty attitude of the lady in the receiving window. Just has no respect for anyone’s time or schedule. I really wish this place would read the comments and do something about this unhelpful behavior.

The fat ugly rude lady man at the receiving window should not be working with drivers, she’s definitely always rude and mouthy, please let Roma know

I have delivered here twice and well both times I have waited for 3/4 hours to get unloaded then sit on the fence for about another 2/3 hours waiting for bills even though they broke pallets in my trailer and let my load locks fall out of the back of my trailer. The fact we pay as drivers to have them upload the trailer is stupid.

My Appt. @06: 00 am N line 05: 45am they starting checkin @06: 00 I did check in the second driver the first driver she gave to him right away Dock.for me b/c am I black she put me at the waiting list and next me for all 5 driver right away gave to them Dock.but unloaded so fast 45mint I paid a lumper fee bit still she hold my paperwork way am I black she is reall the worst resist lady I got check out @12: 00 noon but let at the second delivery appt.

Arrived at 0830 for a 0900 appointment, off the lot by 0930! This is how it's done right! AWG across town needs to come here and take notes
