This facility is very well kept and a life saver for families in need.

Much more than I ever expected. Wonderful room. Kitchen for prepping food, laundry, everything you need.

We were told about this place when our daughter's appointment was made. We gave all out information and was told a referral was going to be made for us to stay there and somebody would call us the day before to tell us when to check in. We hadn't heard from them by the afternoon so we called them. I was able to find messages and a map from the lady who said she was making the referral for us. They couldn't find the referral so I reached out to her and was told it would get done. We hadn't heard from them again about when to be there on the day we were suppose to check in there. All of our plans had to change, including where our older children were going to stay. They called us at 5 p.m. On the day we would have checked in and we told them we had to have our older children now and they said they didn't have a room and couldn't help with placement somewhere else. I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else as it is stressful enough when your child is going through scary things.
