Dirty. Terrible service. Bathrooms gross. Table was broken. Screwed up our reservation. So we waited 45 min for a seat. Each of us ordered 3 different times because the waitress kept saying they were out. Included the basics for brunch like eggs, milk, biscuits and gravy, chicken, juice. Considered leaving then and didn't. That was our mistake. Wait staff didn't bring water after being asked twice, then after another hour we find more items they didn't have, ordered again. Some food was served then 20 min later a bit more. When we mentioned the food we didn't get and ordered, we were told the kitchen was then closing lol I've never sent food back in my entire life but everything except the bacon was terrible. Mac and cheese was butter, milk, and pasta shells. A 10 year old couldn't even eat it. I tried one pasta shell and spit it out. The waffles were burnt and absolutely soaked in the worst tartest raspberries I've ever had. Couldn't eat. I am almost certain the sweet potato fries were rewarded in a microwave before served. Mimosas were served with warm orange juice. They did bring brought comp food to make up for what they didn't have, but it wasn't edible. I'm not picky either. It was that bad. After being told our bill was $91 for 2 adults and a child, we spoke to the manager. They took off $22. It was a horrible experience for a 40th birthday brunch, and some expensive warm mimosas and 6 pieces of bacon. I'll never go here again. Go to iHop for brunch. It'll be cleaner, have better service and you can actually order food you can eat.

One of my absolute favorite places to eat and they never disappoint me! From the food to service they are always on top of the game. Thanks for always making sure we are taken care up.

Great food, great drinks, great service. I highly recommend the Cajun Shrimp Po'boy and the French Lemonade cocktail. Our server was great too! Thanks Jillian!

Always great meal and fun menu. Such a unique atmosphere. Best place in town for sure and never miss it visiting my kids. Great cocktails!

Specially in holidays season make sure you check your bill before paying (Waitress came to us with a mobile swipe for payment and no check was given prior to this). I was surprised with the check amount for the items we ordered. They charged me for an extra item which I never ordered. I had to request the receipt after paying to see the extra item being included and a 20% service charge. Check adjusted after many back and forths. Never going back and not recommended for their unnecessary extra charges.

We passed through Columbia and stopped here for brunch. Be sure to make reservations! They had a cancellation so luckily we got in. Our group had mimosas, loaded B+G, the chicken B+G, and I had the avocado toast. It was all SO GOOD! The staff were equally amazing.
Tips- make a reservation for weekend brunch and note that there’s a 2 hr time limit if you are having bottomless mimosas. A 20% tip is automatically included.

Such a great place with a fun vibe. Love going there to hang out with my daughters and then also the private venue in the back has been great for family and friends to enjoy being back at Mizzou. Definitely will be visiting soon!

Not my fav. The service was good, but food is def overpriced. It was “ok” food. Food was COLD. I’m not used to return food, but cant do cold scrambled eggs, so asked if they could warm it up in the microwave. They took forever and brought back the wrong items, so guessing they re-do it. But then have to wait for the potatoes. Then.there was a hair in the food! Gross. At this point, i just let it go and pay for the food. Mimosas was really Good, but def NOT coming back.

My friend and I were excited to try this place out, not too impressed and the bill was 72.00! For mediocre. We had the skinny margarita which tasted like salty watered down orange juice not worth the 13.00.the sharable plate was on happy hour, we tried the jalapeno crab Rangoon dip it was a no it was not spicy it was sweet and the chips were overcooked, we got our food almost immediately after the appetizer which was surprising but the food was not that great, my friend got the surf n turf sandwich which she barely ate and said her fries had waay too much salt. I got the portobello burger and Cajun fries the fries were the best thing on my plate the mushroom was not seasoned or hot we were disappointed she was given rave reviews of this place too.

I ate lunch at Room 38 today with 3 girlfriends. We all ordered salads, Caesar, Beet and Goat and the Walnut. They were all excellent. Very fresh ingredients, generous serving size and not overdressed. Our service was great too. A young waitress that was attentive and pleasant. I will definitely be back with more friends soon. Our waitress was nice, but our seats were not cleaned before seating us, we had to send glasses back because they were not cleaned, I had the surf and turf it was good but the crab dip we ordered came with over cooked chips. My friends food was not seasoned nor was it warm when it was brought to our table. We know restaurants have their days so I guess we picked the wrong one have not decided if I will try them again.

Overall underwhelmed. $14.50 for 6 shrimp on flavorless grits with a ton of onions and peppers, Tea brought instead of coffee, cold food served, automatic 20% service fee. I did get a good and spicy bloody Mary for $12 and my wife got all you can drink mimosas for $17.

We love this place! Two if my 3 kids went to Mizzou, so we have been here a lot. We had both of their graduation parties here and had great experiences! We love the red room and would highly recommend having an event there! The food is great and we loved the atmosphere!

My party rented out the red room and it was the perfect night! Our server Kate was amazing and was constantly checking on us. Would recommend Kate and the red room for any gathering or celebration, she was the best! We will be back.

Terrible service. I don’t know why but our server just didn’t seem to care for our table. Waited a long time for service. I was also told that they were out of certain foods, only to find out they just didn’t feel like serving it.

I love hanging out here, plenty of good drinks! The food is also pretty good sometimes, however that's why I had to give it a 4 star, as friendly as the staff is, sometimes the food isn't the best lol, but a lot of the times it is, so I recommend checking this place out! (Besides, if you drink enough, all the food will taste good)
