3If you dont have to do business here DONT! They were supposed to refelt our pool table, said it would be 4 weeks. We went ahead and ordered felt from them and agreed to the 4 weeks. After 4 weeks they call say someones dad passed away and his daughter had a baby. It will be another 2 weeks will call in a week and schedule. Week goes by, no call. We call them, same excuses. Will call in another week. They are nothing but excuses. We had to get someone else!
Bought a pool beginning of May and took them about 2 months to come install it. Reported a problem to them a couple of weeks after it was installed and that was mid July. Everytime we call we get no where. Last time i called the answer was your on the work list. I have a feeling they arent worried about fixing it after all they already got our money.
