4I've been going there since they opened and won't go anywhere else! It's packed for a reason, the wait is well worth it!
They make up they prices as they go. They do what they want to do to your nails. They rude with smart mouths and do old school or UGLY fat nails. They charge for everything and shapes n sizes don’t even match looking like two different hands. Service trash now and I have been coming for 6yrs. I will not be returning
Very disappointed in the service I received from Rosa nails they ask you to put your name on the list then skip over you like your time is not valuable the woman who sit in chair 2 has very nasty attitude will never return with that type of customer service
Never even been to Rosa Nails 'cuz I don't do nails. I'm a working woman, and nails don't serve a purpose for me. However, I AM A FOODIE, so, I was obviously next door at the fish, chicken & shrimp place getting some vittles. SORRY, ROSA!
