3 Good place for parts support for my New Holland tractor, however, I had a question for the service department & was not impressed with the product knowledge level of the person that tried to help me. My question was a very basic one regarding the front wheels on my tractor, he was unable to answer my question and didn't offer to find an answer to my question. He left me with a very low opinion of the experience level & quality of of their service department.
I would not be able to recommend their service department based on my limited experience with them.
Great inventory and prices. Working in the area and they have saved me a couple times in just a few weeks. Would highly recommend checking them out.
My father bought a brand (new work master 105 from Rosebud tractor in Rosebud in 2021) since owning the tractor we have no problems with it (until we took it to rosebud tractor to have the fuel filters change) the tractor has less then 300 hour's on it and is still under warranty. We went and picked are tractor up from them and now the tractor dose not want to start. Took it back to them they sed a filter gasket was bad on one of the fuel filters that’s what was causing the problem picked the tractor back up from them and it was fixed Starting fine had it at the farm for one day the next day went to start it and it won’t start again so we call and the (mechanic shop of new Holland tractor in rosebud they told us they have no idea what the problem is and have no idea how to fix it) this has been going on sense November of 22 into February of 23 that’s how long we have been without a tractor. Just letting you all know do not trust or buy anything from this dealership because they do not stand behind there Products or customers if you have a problem with anything you buy from them.
