6The elderly manager lady stared us down and rolled her eyes at us when we said hello. Extremely rude. We come here several times a week as a group after class. The bartenders are awesome. The “manager” lady is a psychopath.
A perfectly placed dive bar in the central west end. The clientele is lively and talkative.

You can buy smokes at the bar and cheap drink. Heated outdoor seating for cold nights!
I visited St Louis and my uncle brought me to his local bar Rosie's Place. We went 2 nights and it's great place. The Atmosphere was pleasant and the bartender Mike was very nice.
I'll definitely return when I visit again in the spring.
