Ross Dress for Less, Maplewood MO

I always find good deals on clothes here. They have huge selection of products. I always enjoy going in here you will always find something you don't need and something you might need LOL I highly recommend this place.

The store alone is great, but my goodness the workers need to find a happier store or a new environment!

From the time I walked in the Asian man was so darn RUDE! The older Asian lady who seemed to be more of a shift lead or manager was so irritated once she say me, let out a huge puff and sigh. It was 45 minutes until closing. 10-15 minutes til close the man proceeds to come around the corner as I was trying to get all of my things from falling and rudely says “we’re closed now” rolled his eyes and turned around. 1: I have my child holding my hand, and my arm is also broke, my things are clearly falling so I’m fixing those from falling out of the cart. If you’re so worried about me leaving, take them eyes you rolled and look at all my items, do your job and ask if I need help!
Proceed to walk past the man letting him know my arms broke, i do apologize it’s a lot of stuff. He mumbles under his breath. Get to the register and now the 3rd person hasn’t even spoke to me, nothing. Ripped my receipt off with an attitude and gave it to me while the Asian lady who was originally mad was hands on her hips, angrily staring. I mean could you refund the $400 I just spent, no I can come back at 10AM they said. Worst customer service, they hate their lives so they take it out of you!

The Greeter racist, the workers don't show respect, or concern, they're always short staff on the register and don't think to call back up, the Greeter spoke to everyone but black people, I observed from a distance as shoppers enter the business.store don't have great people there, rude and inconsiderate is the vibe you get, beware they don't care!

They always have a wonderful selection beautiful toes and nice prices the atmosphere is welcoming and the workers are hilarious and work together

Love this store love the prices always something new fits my budget I'm on a fixed income my grandson wanted some Guess cologne they had a gift set that includes body wash, body spray with the cologne for $24.99 what a great deal

-Overall: Bright, and plenty of parking. Lots of beauty cosmetics products, men’s items, and clothing. Limited amount of big furniture items.

-Tip: There is a DMV nearby. When there’s a line and no seating, just check in to get your number and get your shopping done at Dollar Tree, Marshall’s, BuyBuy Baby and Ross (all in the same plaza).

-Products: some prestigious cosmetic brands such as MAC, Estée Lauder, and Shiseido. There’s more prestigious cosmetic brands at the Marshalls down the street. Also, not as many shampoo hair stuff compared to Marshalls.

-Parking: easy to find and plenty even on weekends.

-Staff: the security guard was friendly.

This day I was shopping for specifics. I was unable to make a purchase due to the limited selection in evening/holiday party attire and baby gifts. I would attempt to shop here in the future.

0 stars. Waited in a long line for the 1 cashier as 2 other associates stood right at the jewelry counter having a personal conversation. When I asked if someone else could open a register they BOTH had attitudes and said someone else would come up.never happened. Totally rude and unprofessional!

Ross, this is one of my favorite stores.it's Hit or Miss but it's always worth checking out great deals on clothes random household items and shoes if you can find a pair.usually a decent clearance selection as well about to head in and try and find a pair of shoes.
