Originally my wife had the first experience until o got home. Jason was very understanding and hey to explain the process of how he was going to fix the issues. A few times my wife called me. Those times were just to make sure she was telling Jason the proper issues. I talked to Jason in the phone letting him know the issues. He was very detailed in explaining what he was doing. I was very impressed with his professionalism and ability to tell someone what repairs were being made. The reason why I will choose your company over others is the service and Jason. Living in Spring Hill can be a challenge to have someone come out. So we were thrilled to know that someone could be out today. I will recommend your company and Jason for any future repairs. There is a lot of things to invest in. Your company invests in people. That’s the difference.

We had a broken sewage pipe outside in our yard. They began by clearing out a suspected clog which turned out to be a completely broken pipe. The project ended up being handed over to the city as a city line issue, but everyone from Roto-Rooter was very professional and friendly and took time to talk with me and explain everything as they were going along.

They even were on my side when the city showed up and ended up saving me a ton of money. Will definitely use them again if another issue pops up.

They were over a hr late to show up for initial appointment then for the follow up appointment gave me a 4 hour window and never showed up, nor called to reschedule or anything. Must not want my buisness.

The guys that came out and replaced my pipes and unclogged my floor drain were really polite and professional. They kept me in the loop with everything they were doing. I appreciate everything they did. Great job guys!

I was so blessed to get Jason as my service technician. I needed my water heater moved in order to have foundation repair work done. Jason was called in at the last minute to provide that service, not knowing all of the details that were worked out with another Roto-Rooter technician. When he arrived, Jason went out of his way to gather all of the facts and at the end of it all… he took care of me; the customer. Jason went above and beyond the call of duty and for that I am so very thankful. If you are able to request a specific Roto-Rooter technician, I highly recommend you request Jason.

Keith did a great job of cleaning our basement drain that was clogged with bacteria buildup and paint that the prior owner must’ve poured down the drain. Keith was very friendly and professional. Would use Roto Rooter again.

Came promptly when they said they would, found the problem and offered solutions and gave options and quotes before doing any work. Work was done quickly so as to return the use of the sewer line to working order.

It was a very fine experience, and a learning experience as well. Korey the tech, did a great job. Korey listened to my problem, and went from there. He was very polite, and safe as he wore all the necessary protective gear. Dan Brune was also there what a great person to have on staff, and Dewayne, Korey's supervisor was on hand, truely a very knowledgeable person. Needed a centuries old dishwasher disconnected prior to kitchen rehab. The technician was thorough yet quick. A friendly guy, too. I'm very happy with the work.

The tech stated he didn’t have the right equipment and would probably have to remove the toilet to fix. Priced at $2000+. He charged me $159 to tell me he couldn’t fix it. I called a local plumber he came and it was fixed in 15 minutes. At a lower price!
